“Very clean, and professional. The 5 day pass was a little pricey but the facility is good if you want a workout. All the equipment you need for your workout is there. They have showers and a sauna also. Great place to get your workout in.”

“Yesterday we met with Anne and enrolled. Today we checked in with Wanda and she showed me the Red Light therapy and explained it's use. Both were lovely, friendly and informative. I was somewhat disappointed to find out that the price quoted was not the price charged for the Red Light Therapy but understand that mistakes happen. I will look forward to continuing here and hoping for good results.”

“We spent a weekend in September in Destin at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa! It was so wonderful. Beautiful views, great big room, quality sushi bar, and a nice pool bar! Highly recommend. I would totally stay here again and plan to make it a yearly trip because it was 100% worth it! Also the spa was AMAZING!”
