“A few simple phone calls to The Zoo Gallery near Destin, FL renewed my faith in real CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stores had closed when I sent my chat message… but I had my answer early the following morning. (Thanks, Austin.) I spoke with Gae, Hannah and Austin. Never have I dealt with more responsive, helpful employees. They are a credit to The Zoo Gallery! In spite of my user error…the “Stand Out From the Herd” shirts were being packed for shipment to me!

“I had the best time at this store on the morning of 9/5/25. My fiance and I had last minute engagement photos scheduled that same day while we were on vacation in Destin. The girls (I wish I remembered their names!) helping me were the sweetest and helped me find two beautiful outfits for our photos. They even offered to steam both of them for me which was so thoughtful.”
