I was genuinely excited to purchase my first piece from Kendra Scott, but my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. When I entered the store, I was ignored entirely. Despite looking around for about 10 minutes and showing clear interest in designing my own necklace, no one approached to offer assistance, even though there was 3 employees working.
After waiting even longer, someone finally helped me, but their interaction felt minimal and unwelcoming. When I completed my purchase, I was surprised that no one expressed any appreciation or even thanked me for coming in.
As a high-end brand, I expected a warm and attentive experience. This was very disappointing .

Upon entering i was greeted and taken back to the color bar. The lady that helped me had to attend to other guest while I was making my decisions. Another lady came up and put my pieces together. She was clearly struggling with the task at hand and seemed to be newish. I could see visible issues with the finished pieces and should have had that fixed immediately but I just wanted to leave so I bought them and left. I ended up returning them at another location and notified a manager at yhis store of the situation. I just wanted to say this to make sure the person putting your jewelry together does it right. Sometimes this happens at the color bar. I understand people have to learn. But having someone inexperienced put together expensive jewelry just isn't going to cut it moving forward for me. I'll still shop here. Just not at the color bar.

Everyone that works at this location is absolutely the sweetest! I was recently in the store buying some Mother’s Day gifts and they even wrapped them for me and helped me pick out something perfect! The manager, Hannah and some of the associates were so friendly, and they are always friendly to my little dachshund as well. Love this location!

I could buy everything in this cute little shop. All of the jewelry is great quality. Whether you have a large or small budget. And better than (if you can believe) the beautiful jewelry - the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They were so kind and so helpful. Truly a 5 star experience shopping with these ladies!

Thanks to the employee Caitlin for being extremely sweet and helpful ! I was trying to find a specific pair of earrings for my birthday that been sold out online and in stores i contacted the Kendra Scott customer service and they told me they had them at this location when i called ,Caitlin answered and helped me to get the earrings i been wanting .. note i don’t even live in Florida I’m in a different state and Caitlin helped me so much & now I’m getting the earrings shipped to me which I’m extremely thankful for because i been wanting them so bad .. she’s very professional and a kind human ! I usually never do reviews but i had to just because she went out of her way to help me !
