First off, I absolutely love Krewe. Its the only brand of sunglasses and glasses I purchase.I purchased a pair of glasses during the sale and when I received them, they were loose and just not right. When I arrived, Latrice was there with a happy and warm welcome and asked how she could assist. I showed her what was happening and she immediately got to work. Even though she tried tightening them, they still weren't right. She asked if we had some shopping to do, and of course we said yes. When we came back, she had replaced various parts, including new screws, and they were like brand new.Point of this story, she never gave up and smiled the entire time. Thank you Latrice for such an amazing experience.

The gentleman that is working was a huge help! He helped repair my krewe shades. Forever grateful! I definitely recommend this place for your sunglasses needs!

Marialice was absolutely incredible! I have multiple pair’s of Krewe glasses I had purchased throughout the years. The time and effort she took to make sure I was taken care of as a customer is rare to find these day’s! 10 out of 10 recommendation to always buy Krewe and only from the best Marialice in Destin!

Fantastic customer service. I went in not expecting to purchase anything but they suggested a pair that are perfect for me and what I’d been looking for. I loved the uniqueness of all the sunglasses and the stories the staff told us about every pair.

Worst Krewe location ever!! I bought a pair of sunglasses, and decided I would like to exchange them for the other pair I saw. Came the next day- closed. Came the NEXT day again- closed!! Although they said they were going to be open both days normal business hours. So inconsistent! We were here on vacation and since they decided to close on 2 days they are normally open, I just left without exchanging the glasses for the ones I truly want. I guess they don’t need the money.
