I love Lilly, always will. But I wish I had read the other reviews! This was the rudest customer service I have ever - ever - experienced! This is not Lilly standard. They gave me looks when I walked in, like I was out of place. The cashier asked me to spell my name and I did...four times later I ended up showing her my ID because she got it wrong every time she repeated it back to me (and it's not a difficult name to spell). She said I would get points on my account (I have not). I'm kicking myself for going through with the purchase there. Just shop online.However, the people at Tommy Bahama and Altar'd State just down the road were as nice as can be!

Buy online, do not shop here! The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful! I came in ready to buy from out of town and was ignored and given dirty looks! I’m literally a retail consultant for a living who helps hire train, staff and start retail companies, And I would fire every single women I interacted with today in that store! Actually I wouldn’t have hired such rude people to begin with, so corporate needs to take a serious look at the leadership of this store! Like 4 others shoppers with me were complaining as well at how terrible the staff was! They also stood at the cash wrap loudly gossiping about their coworkers so obviously the store does not have or focus on healthy culture!

My first time buying this brand and I was disappointed in the customer service. The cashier looked at us strangely. I felt uncomfortable, she ignored us and only served American customers. The only interaction with her was when paying

the store closes at 8pm but the door was already locked at 725pm and the two women inside just gave us dirty looks and then looked away and ignored us.

I went in and was asked if there's anything I'm looking for. There were two cashiers. Both were helping the other customer. Instead of one helping the customer checking out and one comes to help me find shoes. She told me the shoes are all spread out on the table instead of asking her colleague to go help me. I know every Lilly store is different some are corporate stores and some are franchises. But chances are, there's always a rack in the back where they mark stuff down for sale items from the previous season. I saw a cute swimsuit that was on the cluttered rack in the back near the dressing room. It wasn't marked down. My experiences from shopping at Lilly's sometimes they're not marked down but they are sale items. So I went to ask "Veronica" if she can help me check the price of the item. In the most condescending tone, she said "we don't have sale. Everything is full price." So I asked you guys don't? I thought every store might have something in the back racks that are marked down? She said nope, nothing is on sale. Super condescending. So I asked what about the sunshine sale? I know Lilly didn't get rid of them because I just spent like 500 bucks on it this past season. There's a better way of saying "I'm sorry, we don't have any sale at the moment." That's when the other cashier came in to help clarify. I didn't even bother asking for the shoes that I was looking at. I'll go spend my money at vineyard vines for sandals. You can keep working to earn your 15-30 dollars an hour job, Veronica. The audacity for her to make me feel like I can't even afford the swimsuit, lied to me about sales, then took the swimsuit away from me without even asking me if I'm still wanting it or not and continue to hanging it up. Unprofessional!

I’m leaving a one star review only because zero stars is not an option. I went into the store today with my daughter and cousin hoping to find some cute pieces and the store clerks did not even acknowledge our entry - however everyone else who entered was greeted. Not only were they rude and stiff- but blatantly ignored our presence the entire time especially when i tried to pass by and said excuse me and still- stood like a mannequin. A gentleman walked in and the store clerks swooned over him as if he were an A list celebrity. When we did leave- we got side-eye and a terrible at best goodbye. Will not come back.

I wanted to sent a warm heart filled gratitude post for this Lilly location. Everyone was so kind and nice! We recently lost our home in the Colorado wild fires, and about 8 years of Lilly dresses that I had been dressing my daughter in since she was born. The ladies we met were so incredibly kind with my now 7 year old, who got to go shopping to replace many of her lost outfits. Genuine kindness from every single person. It is because of individuals and businesses like this that we are able to pick up the pieces and rebuild. We are forever grateful for your kindness and awesome lilly patterns. I also love that my daughter still loves to dress like me because she loves the bright lilly patterns so much. Thank you so much, from my family to all of yours.

You couldn't ask for better customer care!These folks will bend over backwards to make sure you have beautiful Lilly pieces to wear and love. The styles and fabric are so special and feel comfortable too. Plus there are cool accessories to look at if you don't feel like trying on clothes. The PERFECT place to go to celebrate Florida design and color instead of adding another black thing to your closet! (Not that there's anything wrong with black, but great to go beyond it.)

Bottomline: terrible selection and terrible service. Just went in the store with a $550 budget for my birthday 6/23...when I realized they only had XXS or XL in sizes, I asked the associate how I could get my size in the collections I was looking for. She asked me what size I needed and I said I didn’t know since I wasn’t able to try anything on. She was extremely defensive about their inventory when I was trying to understand how to buy the items I was looking for. When I said I was looking for a specific short, she looked at me and said do you need those in a large? At that point the experience became offensive because I am a petite size 8. I said I would rather order my clothes on line based on the customer service here.
