LOFT Outlet is known for its extremely friendly and helpful staff, making shopping a pleasant experience. Customers appreciate the great prices, especially at the back of the store, and the wide selection of business clothes. Many shoppers feel supported and guided, even when they struggle with color coordination. Although some have expressed disappointment over expired discounts, overall, the store is a favorite destination, particularly during the holidays, where associates are always welcoming and eager to assist.

There are 2 Loft stores in the area; one at Destin Commons, the other at Silver Sands Outlets. This one, at the outlets, has a bigger selection and seems to have more in the sale section - and nice staff.

Extremely friendly staff, and great prices at the back of the store! They had a young girl working at the checkout and she was so polite, total night and day from the American Eagle next-door.
