Service was almost non existing as most of everything was self sufficient with codes to get to places. The people who were working there barely spoke to anyone. The few that did were friendly, however. It was a very short walk to the beach and it had many amenities that were great. The room was clean.

Room wasn't cleaned well and I had extreme anxiety about it upon entry. It's older and smaller than some of the closer places. Not updated nicely. Great value stay though.

There were 4 wrecks on the way there, then when I got there they told me I had reserved a bay view room with no balcony at 325 a night after tax, I told them I had reserved a beach front room and they said they had none available but I could pay to upgrade to a room closer, so I chose the closest one which was Luau tower 1 the lady told me it was a 1 minute walk to the beach ( I mapped it out and it was about 400 meters) only an Olympic athlete could make it there in a minute. When we got to the beach I thought the umbrella and chairs would be included, they weren't, an extra $55 to sit on an overly crowded beach. The "workout area" which was actually just a janitors closet with one cable machine and a couple treadmills was an accurate representation of the whole "resort". Overall, this was the worst condo/resort I've ever been to at a beach before and I've been to over 50.

Overall, this was the worst condo/resort I've ever been to at a beach before and I've been to over 50. The floors were dirty when I got there, the bathtub was cracked, the water pressure sucked, the hot and cold were backwards on the shower, the counters were cracked, the "balcony" that I paid extra to have was 2 feet wide, the door into the building was super loud, the hallways look like they haven't been cleaned since the 80's,some of the showers by the beach were rusted and unusable take my advice and go literally anywhere else.Rooms: Rooms are dirty, overpriced and datedNearby activities: You have to drive everywhere for anything, the resort was ghetto.Walkability: It's a long 5-6 minute walk up and down stairs, not handicap accessible.Noteworthy details: Save your money, go somewhere else

Great place to take the family. Pool is amazing they have a pool bar that sales food and drinks and they are premium drinks.

First off you need to understand that this is not a hotel as such and every unit has a different owner, so this is why in the same building you will see very different rooms and experiences. I had a beautiful room with decent views from the 9th floor, booked through Sandestin Resort & Golf. The walk to the beach is short. The pool is very nice. The problem is that beach access is restricted so too many people are jammed in and the expensive resort chairs and umbrellas take up all the space. If you're not here for the golf I suspect that there are better options in the area.

Bed was horrible no other way to put it. Woke up everyday feeling like we were beat with a skillet. The rest of condo was great. Enjoyed the beach and the views.

Decent location to the beach, alot of other hotels have their own area designated on the oceanfront, so places to sit or even pitch an umbrella and chairs are confusing.I had a beachside view, I'd say just like everywhere else along the coast, if you don't get a view of the Gulf you don't get the full experience. The place is quiet and you don't run into many people.Parking garage and elevator a plus.

Put put golf coats extra - $12 and is not included. Pool/hot tub is great. Path to beach is clear & an easy 4-5 min walk. Security is nice. Not great views from balcony & small.Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella & and wagon for the beach in storage locker.Bed is comfy & clean sheets & towels. Limited dishes & fridge is cold but don’t expect to use the freezer.Thankful to be on 2nd floor to use stairs cause elevators are super slow.

Beautiful property. Close to the beach. Great pool and free tram service.

Luau 1 is a bit dated, there's no ice machine in the entire building. One of the two elevators hasn't worked for weeks and this creates a nightmare.

These "condo's" are the the WORST!! DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Rooms are TINY. Room includes a bed, and 1 window!! And a small tv. Stated a view of the beach NOPE our view was of the street and people's roofs. Room was extremely filthy!! Gross actually! There was dust everywhere. Literally EVERYWHERE!! There was hair in the bathroom, on the floor, shower and sink. This room obviously hasn't been cleaned in weeks maybe months. We weren't going to stay here. Wasted too much time on the phone trying to figure out if we could get a refund. After almost a 6 hours drive this wasn't what we expected. Very disappointing!! We took our business elsewhere and stayed in a beautiful CLEAN place with a BEACH VIEW!! ~Unsatisfied customer~

Aggravation, things didn’t work. Brought family to resort and first issue was there were no luggage carts to unload.. our room was on the 16th floor.. carried everything for a family of 4 by hand in 7 trips. Then the cable/tv didn’t work. Thought it would be a minor thing and would be fixed quickly, but I never could get anyone with hotel management. The one person I talked to told me to call the cable company.. I don’t live here nor have billing information to access the account and I thought I was a customer?!? Called my booking agency who said they put in a work order but no one ever came. Was excited to watch college World Series after a day at the beach but nope. 4 day trip and never saw a repairman nor heard anything from hotel management. Then they had a piece of paper next to the elevator stating the a/c wouldn’t work one of the days we were here.. what?!? It’s 100 degrees outside.. sure enough no a/c one day. Room was nice because of kitchen, washer/dryer… but not being able to get anyone to help… I probably won’t stay here again unless I have to. There are plenty of other places to stay and this cost too much for these issues to exist.
