Honestly, agree with the previous reviewer.
Customer service @ the LuLu Grand Blvd (Miramar) location is simply atrocious.

I’m a busy small business owner. I don’t spend money like crazy, but I will spoil myself from time to time with lulu. Back in February of 2025, ordered some sale items online. Half the order was delivered, half was not.
I contacted lulu customer service, FedEx, and UPS. UPS was able to pull cameras, confirming the package never arrived. FedEx blamed Lulu. Lulu (corp customer service), blamed FedEx and everything went unresolved.
I’m busy, so fighting this battle was “one more thing,” but I was still out $150 ish in clothing.
Fast forward to yesterday… I needed another pair of black leggings, so I went into the Grand Blvd store. I thought, “might not hurt to explain the situation to someone.”
So glad I did. Laura not only listened to my frustration, but expressed empathy and made it right. 10 months later, she made it right. I am still floored by her kindness and professionalism.
Though I won’t ever shop online again, this store has a forever customer. Thank you again Laura. You truly made my day.

Lululemon at Grand Blvd is one of my go to spots for work and athletic clothes. I grabbed a pair of the ABC pants and they might be the best pants I have ever bought. The quality is top notch and they work just as well for a casual day as they do for going out at night. The store is clean and easy to move through and the staff is extremely helpful. They knew the products inside and out and helped me find exactly what I wanted without any hassle. I walked out happy and already know I will be back.

The Dance Studio Mid-Rise Jogger pants are made with defective material. My 70lb. daughter got these pants yesterday. She wore them to school, got pushed on the playground and both knees ripped. At $105.00, they shouldn't rip like paper. The guy said he would help me by giving me a 25% discount on a new pair. However, I wouldn't pay a dime for another defective pair. Gold hinge from here on out.

I refuse to buy anything when the employees are more interested in chatting and looking everyone up and down and talking about them instead of actually helping us out-guess what ? I wanted to buy something and I left ! Now I know why everyone said to visit another location !

The worst Lulu location I've ever been to. The sales associate lied to me. She said she rung it up under my account even though I could see it was not under my account. She just didn't want to fix it and do it correctly. So she just lied and said it would be under my account the following day. She said if it wasn't to call GEC and they would add it. It never showed up and when I called they said they cannot ever do that over the phone and it needs to be handled I’m store which they refused to do in the store. I had to set up a return so I could mail back the items and then reorder and have them shipped to me again. It was a big pain and wasted a lot of time and money…all because she was lazy and dishonest. Terrible customer service. I will not shop at this location again. Not just that but everyone in the store was not wanting to help and just stand around and talk to each other. There was no one in the dressing rooms but I waited in line for them to finish a conversation. I was never asked if I needed help and when asking for help the staff finished their conversations first and then really wouldn’t help. It’s a bad store. I can’t wait for the second one in Destin to open up and I will not go this store again. Second bad experience there.

Very snooty ! I buy ALOT of lulu and mostly online because the store in grand boulevard is extremely snooty ! All of a sudden they no longer have a warranty on products WITH TAGS ON THEM ! Be aware,
A lot of money now customer service horrible!
Will find a another product not spending my hard earned money with them any longer
