Purchased a new mattress from Mr. Holt and we were very pleased with his customer service in helping us pick out our new mattress. The pricing of the beds are the best on 98 and we shopped around at 3 other mattress stores. We’ll definitely return to shop for other furniture as needed!! Highly recommend!

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! You will not find any other place that will cut you a deal of a lifetime in mattresses and furniture. I drove from Pensacola and they without any hesitation made delivery an option. Furthermore, they decided to deliver a day ahead of schedule at no extra cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Very hard to get in touch with my sales person, not satisfied with the furniture poorly made. Want a full refund. ? The delivery guys are nice and so was the sales man they just need a more efficient way to run this shop. No one wants to wait 6 months to get furniture they needed in December.

The adjustable bed I purchased with the wonderful mattress at a good price has a terrible idiocrncry. The first time you use it, the mattress slips to the bottom of the bed frame. You end up with a large hole across the top where your pillows slide down and you cannot make your bed because the mattress is up against the footboard. There are two very small plastic end caps that are suppose to hold the mattress in place. I called the owner 4 times, a very nice guy who says he will call back and never ever has. I offered to change out my bed frame for another and (guess what?) he said he'd call back and doesn't. I have such a hard time making my bed every day. I thought the sale and install was great, but the true metal of a company is how they act when there's a problem.

I believe that this is the Mattress Depot AKA Skippers furniture. Everything was great from start to finish. No short cuts, you have to lie on the mattress and you have to properly communicate what you like and what you don't like. I found Wanda to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a GREAT price and the total included an adjustable bed with more bells and whistles than I needed. Delivery guys were great, and I had a question and called and talked to the owner, Stan Jr, who was kind and helpful. My every business transaction should be this easy. I highly recommend this company

This place is the most unprofessional establishment in the area. They don't have a computer system and their "phone monitor" or whatever she is, has the temper of a two year old. We asked for a proof of sale, she said it is in a storage unit. And they would not waste their time trying to find it. When we asked for her bosses info she said no he's too busy. Then started screaming like a child. I recommend to steer clear of this mess of a business. This doesn't even include the terrible mattress they sold us....

Bad customer service and delivery.Need new young sales person , that probably help.I went to pickup my self because they was too lazy to bring it on time after waiting 20 days and I just get 1/2 of delivery charge on store credit.

5 days after our mattress was delivered we are still waiting for the rest of our order. We have been assured daily it is on the truck and will be delivered soon. Presently we are working with our credit card company to withhold payment for fraud. Buyer beware!

Purchased two queen and one king mattress to replace those ruined by hurricane Michael. The buying experience was fine but the delivery was a big problem. The delivery guys ripped the carry handle off one side of one the queen mattresses and the walls took a beating from them as well. They knocked two big chunks of plaster off the corners of one wall and banged up a second one. I called the store and was told they would schedule delivery of a new mattress to replace the ones the guys ripped and that the company owner would be contacted about the damage to our walls. So far no new mattress and nothing has been done about the damaged walls. I know accident happens but the delivery guys turned the ripped side of the mattress against the wall so we wouldn't see it. If you buy from them be sure to keep a close eye on the delivery guys when they bring your mattresses in.
