Very pleased to have met Mike, the hard-working and contented owner of Matthew Outlet. We needed a longer/larger bed rail system and we luckily connected with Mattress Outlet. We had been given some soft/inaccurate advice from another mattress company and couldn’t find solid solution. Lucky for us, we got in touch with Mike, who was interested in helping us find a solid solution, and learned that they had recently ordered the same rails for another account and had decided to order an extra set....for the “just in case” situation. This place is always my Go-To when I need anything from mattresses and pillows to sheets, bedframes, and even furniture.I have used Mattress Outlet for years and they have never failed to be friendly and professional. And honestly, they are just about the only mattress shop around that isn't pushy! Been in the market for a new mattress. I went shopping at all the mattress stores. But I came back to mattress outlet because of Mike Connor salesmanship and sincerity. I was not looking forward to the whole process of purchasing a new mattress. I was referred to the Mattress Outlet in Miramar Beach FL and visited the store today. When I walked thru the door I was pleasantly surprised by the number of selections they had on the floor and also by the cleanliness and orderliness of the store. I was greeted by Heather, and she proceeded to introduce me to and educate me on all the different choices available that would meet my particular needs. I did not feel rushed at all and Heather explained every pro and con of each of the mattresses I tried, making my final decision that much easier. The pricing was better than I expected, plus they offered a holiday discount. Thank you Mattress Outlet and Heather for the pleasant experience and excellent service!
