I was just in here a few minutes ago and one of the staff members with long brown hair was so rude. My boyfriend and I were simply confused about a sale and she was so rude about it. Also when she was checking us out she was sitting on her phone on snapchat and we had to wait on her to get done texting on her phone before we could even get our clothes. Would much rather go to a different pacsun somewhere else with better service.

Got to hang out and chat with Autumn while she checked us out. She was so kind, had a smile on her face the entire time, and was super helpful. We really enjoyed her!

Sunday evening and we wondered in 20 minutes before closing, but no one was rude or pushing for us hurry up and leave. The two team members that were working were kind and helpful. The items available in this store seemed different that what I recall from my last visit to a Pacsun (we were looking for swimwear) but we found 3 cool shirts at a decent price. Autumn was super friendly and helpful, we would go back just because of our experience with her!

Was treated SOO rude in store when just trying to buy things at THERE store lol.. actually heard I think it was the manager talking bad about me while I was trying clothes on.. she was blonde. I own my own small business and would NEVER treat my customers like that or speak to them that way. It was very uncalled for and disrespectful.. won’t be back period. I’ll shop online lol.

never been treated more rude in a store before. i work in retail and would be fired if i treated our customers this way. the tall blonde told me not to touch a table of clothes because she didn’t want to get it messy. that’s insane. and when i asked for a room another girl said ill have to wait and be patient. a simple “yes ill be right there” would’ve been fine, especially since i was fine with waiting. not sure if any of the employees are trained in customer service and looking at all the reviews im not sure if the company even cares anymore. so so disappointing. i hope new management comes and gets new employees because they’re cute clothes, terrible employees.

The new manager is so helpful and has such a pleasant vibe ,) … her energy resonates with the staff and is admittedly one of the best additions alongside another fab lady, autumn.
These ladies are always helpful when I shop, and take the time to lookup additional inquiries I have i.e.. “Boys Lie” brand & “civil regime”.
Sucha treat to enjoy both the energy & the good sales in this establishment!!!!

Terrible experience. I was looking at some clothes in a corner and one specific employee very rudely told me that they were working in that section and I could not be there. After I already apologized and told her I didn’t know, she continued to tell me how I can’t be there and I need to leave VERY rudely. When I came back half an hour later, they were done working on that section so I started looking around. That same employee started talking to a coworker around a bunch of customers getting mad about how somebody put a shirt back in the wrong place and said she “f hate when people do this” really loudly in an annoyed tone. 0/10 experience and will not be returning

the workers were rude, unwelcoming and judgmental. when you walk in they don’t even greet you or smile. the whole time i was shopping they were talking bad about customers that left and gossiping about god knows what. when i checked out all of the workers were behind the counter and were too busy gossiping to realize i was there. the girl with the brown hair finally turned around- didn’t even say hello or anything. she was talking to her coworkers the entire time. she didn’t even look at me once. very rude and unpleasant

We drove 1.5 hours to Destin to visit this store as it’s the closest location to us. When we arrived at about 2:30pm, there was a note on the door that said they were closed for break and would open in an hour. No problem, we had time and went to several other stores to burn an hour. We returned to the store at 3:30pm, picked up at least 10 items to take to the dressing room to get started trying on, only to be told the dressing rooms were going to be closed for ANOTHER hour for another break. Unfortunately, we had to get back on the road and could not wait yet another hour. When asked, the cashier mentioned she was working alone so she couldn’t open a room…mind you she was helping NOBODY! I asked the cashier if there was anything we could do to try them on…leave our bags at the desk, take one item at a time, she could count our items and we’d make sure we brought them all back, we’d put them all away, literally anything as we’d driven so far and waited an hour already. I understand staffing is a struggle right now, but why not have staff break at the SAME TIME, so your store only loses sales for 1 hour?! Why not allow the cashier to open dressing rooms when she’s doing nothing? Where is the store manager to cover breaks and open dressing rooms if that’s what’s needed? Highly disappointed in this visit/location.

Terrible experience. Was not spoken one word to when I entered, shopped, or left. Worker said “excuse me” while I was shopping because I was in his way, then proceeded to stand behind the counter blatantly on his phone.

If ur store closes at 9 why is the door already closed at 7 while employees stand around pretending not to notice u lol hilarious if u ask me …
