Love Pottery Barn, however they could use some friendlier faces and freshening up. They have an ok, assortment of items in this store but feel as if they could add to it.

When I go to a store like Pottery Barn, I have a certain expectation for the store employees and the customer service. I was beyond disappointed tonight when I went in and found some ornaments and asked if they had any more in the back. I was told by all 4 store employees, who were just standing around the registers, that they were spread out in the store and that I would have to search for them. I won’t be back at the this sad excuse for a store.

Absolutely love the size and layout of this location, but I went this week with my wife and adult son and not a single person even spoke to us or acknowledged us. There wasn’t another customer in the store, and the two male associates couldn’t be bothered to even greet us or say a word, even when walking by both of them while looking. We were going to go back to buy a throw we found, but we’ll wait and buy it at home. I would never recommend this location. We had a completely different experience at Arhaus right across the street. They were lovely, helpful and talked to us like we were old friends.
