Always love coming in this store. It's so cozy and inviting. Employees are always so welcoming and helpful.

I came in today and it appeared like management was more interested in taking pictures of their dog on one of the display beds than helping customers. I had a question and asked a nice lady that worked there. She then asked the manager and she seemed annoyed and like she shouldn’t be bothered.

Michael the store manager needs to take a cue about customer relations from his staff (Erica and Johnathan). I had a question, Michael was at the computer counter apparently helping someone else. He said to me be with in a moment. I had one question...really, apparently he cannot multi-task. I found Erica and she was more than happy to help and so was Johnathan. Michael was still helping the same customer when I left 45 minutes later. Would I have had to waited that long for him to answer one question?? Good grief he has done this before in the store from my observation. I am a local so I've been in the store many times. I will continue to shop at Pottery Barn because of the other staff but next time I go in to the store and it happens again I will be dressing down Mr. Michael in front of whoever happens to be there, count on it.

Worst customer service ever. Great at selling you at the stores but delivering the product is so disorganized and takes forever. Everything we have ordered sat at the Atlanta warehouse for weeks. Literally had multiple items at the warehouse and only sent part of them. It’s been months to get just a rug. Never again!

Zero customer service here, the manager sat on her computer in the design section, completely ignoring guests in the store. The staff act as if they are being inconvenienced when you ask for help after standing at a register for 10 minutes; their response is they can't find people to work and there are only 2 of us. I get it's not easy when you can't find staff, but you can still be polite and accommodating to your guests in store.

I cannot believe pottery barn has the most horrible service. I will be quick. Ordered $15,000 worth of furniture. Took them 9 months to deliver. An item was missing and I waited another three mo this until I started calling. Eventually, I finally spoke to a lady that tracked the item down. I received an email telling me they canceled the order. I had already received the chair that went with the couch that canceled. I asked them to come pick up the chair because it doesn’t make sense to keep it and it not match the discontinued couch.I have been more than patient with them. I will NEVER buy from them, EVER!They have beautiful items if you can get them here or speak with a customer service person. Make sure you buy what’s in stock. If not, make sure you call to see how long it will take before purchasing. Very disappointing.!

My husband and I visited this store and felt completely ignored. We had to seek out help (despite several employees just gathered around a desk - maybe 5 or 6) and even once we asked for help the sales associate seemed condescending and short with us. It was the worst sales experience I've had in a store and was so disheartening. We love pottery barn products but will not be back to this location.

One of the least furnished PB stores I've been to, and not the first time we've seen this here. Some random leftover Christmas items and a scant amount of any other furniture/decorations. Better to shop online at PB than make any special trip to come here. Four stars for the brand, three for this location......

Whereas this particular location was and has been somewhat helpful, the delivery department for Williams Sonoma has been dismal. We ordered living room furniture and bedroom furniture last March 17. Part of the living room furniture was lost and that item had to be cancelled. We had waited 5 months and only received part of the order. So we cancelled that one item and ordered from another company and got it delivered in 10 days. We received only part of our bedroom furniture in November but the bed itself has been sitting at their delivery hub since October 3rd. We were notified 2 days ago that it would be delivered this coming Thursday and we're then notified today that it had been cancelled again. Despite emails and texts sent to their leadership team by each agent I spoke with, no one from leadership has ever attempted to contact me. I find it highly disappointing that a company with the reputation of Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn conducts their business in such a haphazard manner. I cannot recommend this company at all. Furniture quality I'd excellent but follow through is very poor.

This store itself and the customer service in it is not balance. They should hire people who specialize in customer service. I’ve gone in there too many times and left feeling like the customer service is lacking. Someone brought a dog in there and I swear they focus more on the dog than the customers. I will gladly pay shipping online than to go back to this location again.

Love Pottery Barn but this location is junk. It’s a small store but the sales associates are so rude. I went with my daughter ready to purchase a dinning room table, bedding set, and a few other decor items for our new house. We walked the store a few times while six sales associates ignored us, chatted with each other and walked around. We were the only ones in the store and couldn’t get anyone to help us. It was made worse when a man and women walked in and promptly a sales associates walked right in front of us to greet the people and ask if they had any questions or needed help. Bummer.

Wow, what a let down. I walked in with intentions of purchasing a kitchen table. I was specifically looking for certain one while also looking at furniture for my room. If anything, I really wanted the table and was prepared to buy it. Usually when you walk into a pottery barn you're greeted by a sales person who helps you with all your needs, weather you need it or not. When I walked in I was greeted by no one. So I walked the store and noticed at least 6 sales associates. (Keep in mind it was only me in the store). I did get upset because I really wanted the table and I had no service so I walked out. As I walked out a couple walked In and where promptly greeted but a sales person. In conclusion, I will never come here again, or even recommend this place. I would give it no stars if I could. They would probably don't care about this review considering the fact they are a big corporation, but I care. What a waste of time.

As a designer, I use PB frequently for an array of projects… thousands upon thousands per year. I have visited many pottery barn locations, as I work with clients all over the country. By far this location is extremely below average. Some of the staff was friendly, but most snarky and condescending. If this was local to me, I would definitely do my purchasing online. Thankfully, we just stopped in while on vacation, for some inspiration. The male associate believes he’s King Pottery Barn and could use a wake up call. Thankful this is not my home store and I do not intend on visiting this location again, although I work in this area frequently. However, I do recommend visiting their sister store William Sonoma down the street. Warm lovely ladies who are extremely genuine, kind, and accommodating.
