I couldn't say enough about how Val made me feel so special when trying on the Whitley Seersucker Midi Dress. It was the perfect fit for all occasions (with or without a baby bump ;) that I wore it out of the store!

Can't believe our AMAZING shopping experience!! Alex and the manager immediately helped us find sizes and coordinate outfits for pictures. They had a really good selection for the whole family. Don't waste your time anywhere else! They had everything steamed and ready to wear. We had a little incident with spilt water and they were not mad and helped us clean it right up (a true test of kindness and patients when shopping with kids). Will never shop anywhere else at the beach!

We shopped at this location today, and purchased clothes for myself and two sons. The young man who helped us was very friendly and courteous. We wanted to recognize him for his customer service. We were the ones who came back for the Medium heather purple t-shirt. Also, thank you for getting the tote of collegiate apparel. Excellent customer service and guidance on style. Quality of Southern Tide clothing is top notch.

I have now walked into this store multiple times on multiple trips down here and at no point does any sales associate introduce themselves, greet you or ask if you need any help. The only time they spoke to me was when I walked out the door. Absolutely pathetic.

I visited the outlet store on the evening of Aug. 1st. There were two sales associates and neither asked if I needed help. I found several items and asked one sales associate for a dressing room and she told me they didn't have one available and when I looked at the one room that was marked as the fitting room it was stacked full with boxes. She said I could purchase the items and return for store credit if they didn't fi. I had probably $3-400 in clothes to try on and probably would have purchased all if I could have tried them on but I wasn't going to take the chance of having a store credit if they didn't work out. I also had several other items I was going to purchase but when I asked for assistance, one sales girl looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. (and mind you I was the only customer in the store) So I politely hung all my items back and left the store. The store must be doing a great business to not even try to accommodate the customer!!!
