I'm a regular customer and mailbox holder at this store and have always received exceptional service. Rebekah (the manager), Stuart, and every other member of the staff greets each and every customer with a smile — no matter how busy they are. They're efficient, professional, kind and actually care about people...which is rare in customer service these days. The highest of kudos for excellence in customer service to the team at UPS, Grand Blvd!

Useless customer service with absolutely no interest to be service minded.
Asked if he could send a text to the recipient of the package but the answer was “No, we typically don’t do that”.

Two large packages were dropped off this morning, the lady said don’t worry we will scan them today I’ll take care of it. Trusted her and left… packages never scanned our customers now are complaining and calling us layers .
