All UPS stores are franchises & this is one I wouldn’t recommend
They charge $3.26 to print ONE document in black & white! Most other stores or print shops are pennies.
Limited parking (although there is ONE dedicated up front.
Employee tried but Owners policies have limited them to be helpful

This UPS Store offers the convenience of shorter lines, making drop-offs relatively quick. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. When I attempted to return a package that had been delivered as two boxes taped together, the staff informed me that store policy prohibited accepting them as a single return. They didn’t offer any solutions, such as providing a box or suggesting alternatives, leaving me to resolve the issue on my own. The lack of initiative and assistance was disappointing. While the store’s efficiency is a plus, the unhelpful attitude of the staff detracts from the overall experience.

The folks operating this store are consistently kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and efficient. Melanie particularly went above and beyond to help facilitate the return of a couple of Amazon packages despite Amazon customer support making it nearly impossible. Give her a high-five next time you visit.

I drive 20 minutes to the Miramar, FL location because the staff at store 2222 so kind and eager to help. I never feel rushed when I’m in there.
