I came in to mail my 100+ wedding invitations out. The clerk at the counter was so patient and helped me decide the best route to take. As far as I know everyone has received them and in perfect condition using the non-machinable stamp he recommended.

Trump needs to down scale this government job. My package is 6 days over delivery date and they have no clue as when it will get to me nor can give me the location of said package. So they take your money and provide no service and do nothing to fix the problem. Don't use usps as it's a scam don't let them take your money.

Very unreliable. My elderly in-laws relocated to Ohio from Miramar Beach August 2024. We completed and submitted their change of address form two weeks prior to departure in order to forward their mail. Unfortunately, much of their mail is still being delivered to their old address in Miramar which is unoccupied. We have contacted them several times without success. Proceed with caution with this branch!

TJ was so helpful. I had a package to send and a deadline. I was running behind and the post office closes at 4 . I got there at 3:58 and he still helped me . He was professional and courteous. I was not well prepared and I had to buy boxes stamps and bubble wrap. He helped me with everything and kept a positive attitude the whole time . 5 stars for employees that go the extra mile even when it’s almost closing time !

Absolute mess at this post office. Mail is always late and even when we ship packages they never enter them in the system as "USPS in possession of shipment" Or "arrived at facility" as they are required to. I sent yet another package ( I don't get to decide the shipping my customers do) and once again its been there 5 days with no tracking posted as recieved. Do not bother with the USPS system it's a joke for business owners.

Cathy is the most rude and unprofessional employee i have met. The lack of Customer Service and disrespect she had for me shows me the kind of person she is. I hope her or management of this location sees this comment and understands how disrespectful she was to me.

I am giving this 1 star due to the absolute WORST customer service I encountered this morning. I am visiting for spring break and had a package delivered to a mailbox I did not have access to. A gentlemen from USPS called me and told me they'd have the carrier pick it back up and I could get it the next day at the Post Office. My encounter with him was 5 star worth. However, when I got to the post office this morning I encountered the RUDEST person I have ever met in a customer service role and apparently a management role. This women got absolutely pissed off because I was asking questions. She clearly did not want to do her job and proceeded to humiliate and yell at me like I was a child because I was apparently arguing with her and we should not argue with her. She wanted to understand why she did not know where my package was and why she needed my name and number if I was told to come get it yesterday. I was not being rude but she snapped and said just forget it. Everyone there was appalled by her behavior. Not a good look. Surely you have people that would be great in her role. She needs to retire.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve been going to this post office for a couple years now and I’ve had only positive experiences with the place. Sometimes they’re short staff and there’s a wait though the staff has been very kind & helpful.

I don't understand why they don't have self-service stamp machines in this post office but it is staffed by a very happy and friendly group of beachy beach people.

Cathy does not know what she is doing and just humiliated me in front of others, absolutely the rudest post office employee I've ever encountered in my 68 years! I own a house here and one in Colorado, decided to head back sooner than I had planned, so filed online for a change of address back to Colorado this morning. I received an email stating I had to go to the post office (listing the Miramar Beach office as one of them) to provide proof of my identity before the change would occur, so I did. I showed her my drivers license, then she started yelling at me telling me I did not have to change my address that my mail would be forwarded whatever date I had put in when I came here. I tried to explain I could not wait that long to receive my mail, she went into a tirade yelling at me that she had been a postal employee for years and knew what she was doing! She continued insisting I did not have to change my address. Unbelievable. She is rude every time I'm there. If you set a book of stamps on the scale she yells at you saying not to set anything there as she would then need to re-set the scale, and did it to me last time I was there, then to a man in front of me this morning, yet she continually sets things on that scale herself. She could not grasp that I had to show my ID to get the mail changed, even though I gave her a copy of the letter and over and over stated, I did not need to bother her with this! Why is she still working there when you've had numerous complaints? She should not be dealing with the public! RUDE is putting it nicely!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 0/10 I do not recommend.I visited this post office on 10/28/23 to drop off two small already packaged and labeled packages, both going to the same place. KATY said it was okay to leave on the right hand counter for processing as they were already packaged and labeled, however, two weeks later my packages have yet to be delivered. When going back to the post office to see if anything can be done in regard to tracking, again KATY, was very short and rude stating that without a tracking number they can not do anything. This is understandable, but what isn't understandable is the way she spoke to me and the lack of effort she made to ensure her costumers are/were taken care of. Makes me question just how many packages in KATY'S care never made it to the destination...
