The guy in there that morning was being so rude and trying to rush me out there as fast I he could. It was a very frustrating experience. I’ve been to multiply versions in the past and I’ve never been treated like that before.

I would have given 0 stars if possible! I ordered a replacement phone from this store for my Verizon account. The store personnel promised that the phone would be delivered within 2-3 days which was important because we were under a tight timeline. The phone arrived at the store over 10 days later. There is no direct line to call the store, so I had to make special visits to the store. I had a hard time getting the ordered phone cancelled so that I could get a new phone from a different Verizon store. Horrible customer service! Find a corporate Verizon store instead!!!!!!!

I am charged for a d vice that I do not have because the sales person screwed up and never took the charge off.
Took nearly 4 hours to activate my phone and is taking me all day on the phone w customer service today to fix something I have no control over.

I had an incredible experience at the Verizon store in Miramar Beach, thanks to Michael! I walked in looking to save some money on my Verizon bill and walked out amazed at what he was able to do for me. Not only did he help me save money, but he also guided me through paying off both of my devices.
Michael went above and beyond by assisting me in upgrading to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, complete with a stylish case for my phone and camera. But that wasn't all! I also left with a brand-new iPad and an Apple Watch, thanks to his expert recommendations.

Customer service poor. Zero knowledge about phone. Ask to preform a simple service on my phone told me couldn't do it to call verizon.
Went to Destin verizon store got it done in 5 minutes.
