I had a great experience at Vineyard Vines in Destin. The store is bright, clean, and easy to shop, and the selections are perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. A little pricey, but the quality and style make it worth it definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area

We found the elusive JAWS Tshirts. During shark week! But we bought them all. Sorry. The sweet girl helping me today was outstanding. I regret not getting her name to call her out on her outstanding she was. I also found my favorite swim cover up again! Love shopping in this location.

This location is a clean, well merchandised store with a positive vibe about it! The store manager Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job and found the perfect fit for my event!

Was shopping in this store on the evening of June 5. A young, female employee was telling a story to coworkers and a customer. Multiple times she referred to another unknown person using the highly offensive “R slur”. I calmly and succinctly let her know that word is highly offensive and unacceptable. My wife has devoted her professional life to working with children with cognitive disabilities. To hear an ignorant teenager throw this term around in her place of employment (who, by the way is asking $150 for a quarter zip sweater) is appalling. Equally as disturbing is her much older coworker sat by quietly and said nothing about the entire situation.

Clean store, colorful and staff was nice. They don’t make the folded shirt sizes visible, so
you have to unfold or pull out multiple to look for your size. They didn’t seem to offer many XL sizes.

Stopped into the store prior to heading to the movie. Found the store to be beautifully merchandised and the staff to be quite helpful and pleasant. I took the opportunity to try to find an outfit for an upcoming event and Jonathan, the store manager, helped me put something very flattering together.
I was enjoying myself so much, I was almost late for my movie.

Incredibly rude staff and manager. Recommend avoiding at all costs. Manager (Nick) is quite possibly the most incompetent employee I have ever met in my life.
I will never return to this store as long as Nick remains employed

I can't believe how horrible my experience was shopping at Vineyard Vine was with my three young sons and extended family. After the sales associates "helped" me shop for a matching shirt for beach pictures, I was accosted by the manager Nick and told that I was shoplifting. Nick told me he was going to check my bag from another store. Never in my life have I ever been treated so bad! After proving that my clothes were from another store, Nick still did not apologize or excuse himself.
I will never shop at any vineyard vines store again as long as they employ managers like Nick. Although I am here for beach vacation, it is clear from the reviews that the employees are rude and incompetent; which I experienced with my visit. Avoid this shop with all costs!!

I visited this location this week and was surprised at the service. No one greeted us or helped us check sizing. Typically, I’m not bothered by this, especially in busy, tourist areas.
This visit was different though. I witnessed a mom who had a shopping bag from another store. She was pulling out those items ( that were clearly not from vineyard vines) to try to find matching pieces. The sales associates completely embarrassed her and accused her of stealing and made her empty out all of her things in the middle of the store in front of everyone! I was mortified for her. The manager, Nick, got involved and when it was found that she didn’t steal a thing, he didn’t even apologize. Needless to say, she left crying with her family. Do better VV!

Had an awful experience today. I was waiting in line when the manager accosted a young mother in front of her children, making her overturn her bag, claiming she was stealing. Really embarrassing for the staff and the decrepit women behind the register when nothing in her bag was stolen. Is this what customer service at vineyard vines has come to? Unbelievable!
