I had such a wonderful experience at Zales! Israel, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. I asked a ton of questions and wanted to try on so many different bands, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to walk me through all my options. Thanks to his guidance, I left feeling confident in my decision. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Israel!

I really have to say that Zales has outdone themselves with the resizing and refurbishment of my ring. The Zales team in Destin took my family heirloom ring and made it shine. This was originally made in the late 1930s. My father-in-law’s father was an architect. He designed this ring to look like one of the floorplans from one of the skyscrapers that he had designed during his career. This special half karat diamond and gold ring is truly a family treasure. Thank you so much to Zales in Destin, you really made sure that this family legacy would live on for generations to come.
Zales also connected me with the Dana jewelry team. Wow!!!! They took my prized Lightning Ridge black opal and gave it a home in a nugget style gold ring. They mounted the ring in store! I have been waiting 15 years to find. Trusted jeweler to give my opal the setting it deserves. The ring is set in yellow gold with 2 natural diamonds, an alexandrite stone and a peridot stone. It is truly stunning!
