I am a customer and have called Rosita on several occasions. She's not there, someone else answers and supposedly she will call back. Don't hold your breath. Still waiting.

I requested information about my insurance by email over the weekend expecting an answer by the next business day, Rosita replied over the weekend and answered my concern. Great Service! Thank you.

Three years ago I had this agent to help out with a house that I bought. The help was tremendously helpful!!! I really like the services they had provided me. Now I am buying a new house again and I am certainly looking forward to have the same agent help me again!
