I AM A BUSINESS THAT BOUGHT A TIRE FOR $427.14. I installed it for my client. The next day the tire balled up. I made a claim and they told me that it does not have any warranty, since they do not specify the warranty on the tires. I had to pay for another tire for my client and I lost $427.14 and they did not resolve anything for me.

I been buying tires here for many years and I haven’t met the most rude person working here till the last time I went to pay for tires at the window at Miami location off the exit of 57ave by the name of Nena I believe that’s her name or that’s what they call her. I work in the business of customer service, which I always make sure I’m at my best. The cashier lady with blonde hair treated me really disrespectful. I asked a question and she gave me a smart answer and sent me to ask the guy that was bringing up the tires like if she didn’t even work there. I asked before paying what year was the tire I was buying and also who do I give the paid receipt to and she said talk to him with no way of answering my simple question which she knows the answer to. Then made a joke about me getting wet in the rain as I was leaving her being funny. Knowing I was going to get wet if I went outside. People like this should not have a job where they interact with customers. Horrible experience

This really doesn't even have a star... very bad form from a manager here in this place... very, very unprofessional... the truth is, it is very unpleasant to come here to this place and people like him ruin it... for the bosses Seniors here check out this MANAGER of (SUIT 11700) because he doesn't deserve to be in a job like this, much less working with the public...

If you are scheduled for DELIVERY here!! DO NOT BE LATE AT ALL 10 minutes 30 minutes 45 minutes DONT BE LATE!!! The warehouse manager (kinda rude) will not let his team UNLOAD YOU. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 940am due to traffic in Miami of course. As soon as I walked in he told.me come back the next day at 8am. Even with only half trailer to unload.
