I've had my account with them for over ten years. I had to go in today to make a deposit because I had left my debit card at home. They only had one teller working, I had to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes before it was my turn it make it to the window. I expressed my concern to the manager about only having one teller during busy morning hours, and her explanation was they were only allotted one teller at a time. These institutions are losing touch with the importance of the people factor in such a busy world. Although the manager has little to do about corporate decisions, she wasn't necessarily the friendliest person. Her answer instead of apologetic, was more about it is what it is and deal with it. Extremely disappointing.

Great place if you like to get in line with 20 people and one teller. Manager is also friendly, she just does not say anything if ask her a question or two.

Have fraud in my account and yet the manager and the banker didn't try to help me but on the contrary they told me to leave and call the claims Dept on my own. They kicked me out of the bank. I was very annoyed and was not treated correctly. I felt that everyone wanted to go home already when I actually arrived at the bank at 5:30 and they close at 6pm. I will never attend this bank again and may choose a different bank.

Horrible service. I will be closing my account with them. Always an issue with them. Excessive check holds on checks deposited from another Bank America customer.

Coming here to cash a check just reaffirms my decision to NEVR personally bank with Bank of America. This is my second time here and both times I've had to wait a ridiculously long amount of time to be seen by a teller. I've literally been in line for over 35 minutes and there are only 2 tellers in the window! Meanwhile I've counted 3 other associates walking back and forth between the back of the building and the floor. At no point in time did any of them stop and say hey let me help kill this line. Terrible customer service!!

It used to be a nice bank to come in but it has declined rapidly. Only one teller available on Saturday, so you can imagine the line. Service is really slow and they are not interested in helping. They only want to sell you products and services (and then charge you an arm and a leg for them). Unfortunately, it seems that all of BOA is turning into the same, because i have tried different branches

Mgmt is very nice and some personnel as well, but customer svc needs to be better, they need to answer the phone and help w/a smile on their face, as I am a loyal & very good customer. This is an updated more positive experience lately...

Somewhat new ( a few years old ) Bank of America location located in a low traffic area. Waiting in the line is never a hassle or a long wait, everyone who works here is pleasant, you are always greeted. I love this location, I usually come here to do deposits or get a roll of quarters for the Miami Beach parking meters. This location is perfect because it is located in The Shoppes At Monarch which has restaurants, clothing stores, and a few large stores like Kohl's. So it is perfect to do other errands before or after you can do your banking business.
