Rude, not sure table cooks enjoy their job. Cooks need to cleanup table grill better (My opinion)

Went to blue ginger in Miramar to celebrate my daughters birthday and although the food was great, the Asian cook was clearly racist. At the table were me, my husband and two little ones(African American) and a party of Hispanics who seemed pretty cool. Clearly the cook associates blackness to being ghetto because the unpleasant remarks he kept throwing my family way was unnecessary. Being constantly referred to as baby mama, told that I need to watch my weave around the fire and excessive amount of slang used towards us was so unprofessional and highly offensive. I did my best keeping a cool head to make sure my daughter enjoyed her birthday but it was a bit much tbh. There is absolutely nothing wrong with making jokes and entertaining guest while cooking for them but you also have to be aware of your audience. There was a clear difference with how he interacted with my family versus the other family at the table. Again, food was great but the interaction felt a bit racist. He clearly has stereotypical thinking towards blacks.

I made a reservation for 12 people. This was a holiday dinner for a nonprofit high school club. The host was super rude and refused to honor the fact that we are tax exempt. Although we had a reservation, they made us wait over 30 minutes. These are teenagers that were really hungry and impatient. We were really disappointed about the attitude, disrespect and lack of knowledge from the staff. The host literally said to me. “Everyone pays taxes” after I repeatedly explained to him that we are a nonprofit organization ( a high school prevention program) and that we have been state designated to be tax exempt organization . I always carry the certificate with me, and even after showing it to the restaurant manager, they still refused to honor it. I’ve visit this restaurant several times before, and I thought it would be a great idea to take these young ladies and gentleman to a place that they’ve never been before. Needless to say, I will not be going there neither for personal or work related events.

Went here for a friend's bday. The place is clean and it looks nice inside. Plenty of seating. We enjoyed the food being cooked at the table and served to us. Would definitely recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking.

For starters, it was my mom’s birthday..This was my second time coming here. The first time I didn’t sit with a chef. Everything was pretty ok. The second time was horrible. Customer service was out of whack, shrimp, rice, “yum sauce” and a drink I ordered from the bar was disgusting. Shrimp was not cleaned properly. The drink had a bug in it and the manager did not want to take it off but give me credit for a future visit. No I did not take it because I never want to eat here again. So he took something else from the bill that was lesser value off. The server had an attitude and was not friendly nor welcoming the entire time. However, there was an 18% gratuity in it for her. There were about 7 or 8 of us. She did not come to the table not once for drink refills or any concern whatsoever. I’ll gladly be sticking to what I know. Which is BENIHANA. My favorite hibachi place.

The service doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The more I go the more I’m disappointed. Not only did the hibachi chef giveaway half of my shrimp and had to cut whatever was left in half to I guess make it look more maybe, but the server was no where to be found. Service took forever and doesn’t deserve the 18% they charged me. They forgot my wifes order and actually never brought it but has the nerve to ask if they should take it off the check! 0/5 stars!
