Great service very helpful.I drive pass the branch closer to me to use this locationJust got a letter saying my branch on 9999 miramar Pkwy will close on December 14 please don't allow any of those employees especially the manager to come over there that culture will ruin your branch.

only 3-4 people working and only 1 can make deposits I'm a customer and I manage all my accounts with Chase but don't waste your time visiting this office.

BEWARE! This location on a Monday at 9am has NO bankers except for the manager Marbel Carciaga. As a Private Wealth client, this manager failed to provide legendary customer service. She refused to assist me since I only had my driver license with me. I don’t use debit cards or credit cards with all the fraudulent process occurring daily. She stated that she need two forms of ID rather than taking the time to verify me by my bank statements and or via the chase mobile app the same way dozens of bankers at other locations have taken the time to help me. This is absolutely unacceptable. She failed to provide customer service or any type of service for my account. With all the lawsuits chase is currently in you would think they have trained their staff to avoid losing multi million dollar customers.

I am giving them 1 star because I can’t give them 0. I deposit money for the company I work for, at times since I have a job it runs me behind a little and I get to the bank later then I want. I have been here 3 times in the last 3 months after 4pm. The first time the lady who helped me who was not friendly didn’t say anything. 2nd time, they started mumbling amongst each other and the manager came and told me that I should come before 330 to allow them time to take the money to the vault. Which I understand , no one wants to stay later after work, however they open until 5, that means that if I’m a customer I need to be helped in a professional and amicable way no matter the time I come in. I also work with customers and I myself have had to stay 2-3 hours after closing to assist customers. After that incident I tried avoiding this branch because they made me feel uncomfortable, at times this is the closest branch to me and I’ve left the deposits for the next day just to avoid them telling me I can’t come in after a certain time. This brings me to today, Friday, I have no choice but to come late because again I also work and couldn’t before now . The lady assisting me tells something to another lady and then refers to me and says “my manager has spoken to you before about coming at this time” which I explained to her everything I explained above. How unprofessional , I asked for the managers name and she told me that it was Anna. I also explained that in no other chase bank has any employee told me absolutely anything about me going after 4pm.Also all deposits took no longer than 10 min to count because I have everything ready and in order for them.I will never come back to this branch but with that being said someone needs to correct this behavior because if they’re doing this to me , I’m sure it’s getting done to others. Terrible!!

Three hour in the phone trying to solve a problem because their mistake.Then I went to this branch and they said I HAVE to do it by phone!!! What a terrible customer service in this bank.

This chase needs to stop allowing these Carwash guys to take over their parking lot during the weekends and after hours. I don’t even know if they know this is going on but those guys come with half a dozen vans and park in the chase parking lot and in the back in the drive thru some times they even block the drive thru atm and they park real close to the drive thru atm I don’t know if they trying to lol at peoples info or what but kinda sketchy

I had my daughter drove all the way from Ft Myers to add her to my account. I was advised that there was no Banker available to do it. I was shocked, a big bank like Chase with Not one Banker on place.

The worst customer service ever is so to speak to someone in English n get a middle eastern person everytime that obviously doesn't do math correctly either because they can never get s*** correct worst phone customer service I've ever dealt with In my life omg they suck so bad the answer changes per customer serv rep u speak to nobody seems to b on the same page except for when they want to say no cust service is a**

Can’t give zero stars but its all they deserve at best . Worst place ever and doesn’t even have a working drive through from years . Hopefully it will get shut down fast and replaced with a real bank

Lady at the window was rude and very unhelpful. We went to take the balance out of our savings because of what’s going on and she said “we don’t have that type of money in here to give to you” and then proceeded to give us problems so we couldn’t take our money out. First off, you’re a bank and you don’t have the cash? That’s exactly why we’re pulling it out. Secondly, we were told multiple times to try a different branch, but after a half hour, Juan magically pulled 75% of what we asked out of the safe and said there was nothing left. Told us the bills are going to be old and not the new style. Money is money, who cares? We went to the other branch on flamingo and pines and as was asked how much we wanted and we said the remainder and they handed us the cash like it was nothing. Why the runaround at pembroke road??
