Drive the extra distance and go to any other location. Incompetent, lazy, disrespectful staff. Honestly, I don't think they were trained to work at a bank. I think they just hired anyone so this location wouldn't close but they would've been better off closing it.

Been a member of this institution for many years now and today I was very disappointed in the service i received from the business banker representative Adrena Ives (spellCheck ) she was very rude and all over the place and very unprofessional and needs to either be removed from the branch or be re-trained, I went in for a business loan for my small business without a business checking account unbeknownst to me I was unaware that needing both actually goes hand and hand and her being in banking should have explained it more in detailed. At first the meeting went ok as I stated from the very beginning that I wanted just to apply for a “loan” never wanted a business checking account. So Ms. Ives has me set up a business checking account and I was just signing papers as she continued to try to fast talk me, I was still unaware of the process until the very end when she asks of how much would I like to removed from my personal to my business account wants I raised my eyebrow and stated that hey! That’s not what I wanted she rudely got a agent on the line for me to talk to and kicked me out the office and stated that I could talk to them outside on my own personal phone .I guess receiving a commission from me was worth more then having respect and class. And the wig she had on was hideous and a disgrace to the company.with them nasty finger nails as well not a good look for a bank like chase .

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The worst service ever. On top of that I was trying to withdraw some money at their ATM and guess what? I didn't get the money but I was charged still. So they gave me a "refund" 2 days after but they gave it to a different account. And they told me there was an investigation and if they found that the ATM actually gave me the money they were gonna charge me the amount plus interest. So basically I called to file a claim, and they gave me the money back to another bank account, and finally i got threatened. What a joke. NO MORE CHASE wells Fargo is $200 better

This bank location is under staff with only one bank teller in the front window. It’s best to go to another chase location.

It should not be so difficult just to open an account. Made an appointment via phone, then was told I still have to come in.. that’s fine, I’ll come in. Reschedule with the banker. Rearranged my work schedule to meet in the morning, since she had availability that day. Walked in the bank to be told that she doesn’t come in until later. That was very unprofessional to set an appointment to not even call or update your coworkers. Poor customer service. No apologies or anything. So now I will have to go to bank just to open an account.
