“Located in Pembroke Lakes Mall, this JCPenney's is better than I remember it being in the past. Came in because I had a gift card that was literally a year and a half old. Why hadn't I gone in before, honestly cause JCP hadn't been that great the times before- nothing was pulling me in. Figured it was the holidays and maybe I could find something to finally use my gift card on. I was pleasantly surprised to find the store well stocked, full of variety (clothes, jewelry, make up, gift, holiday decor, shoes, etc), lines were average but moving, and generally just bright and pleasant. Some staff was a little less than welcoming (maybe over the holiday season) and some of the style of things was a bit dated for me but overall, I'd venture back in to this JCP again in the near future.”
“This is my first time at this location. The store is very clean and had a decent selection in the men's section. Customer service was great, the Spanish woman at the counter was very friendly. Also the store is located in the historic Northside shopping center which been around since the 1960s. So if you ever in Miami off of 79th Street and Northwest 27th Avenue definitely stopped in.”

“We really like the clothes from Old Navy because they’re cute, comfy, and also durable!This location keeps the merchandise in order and well-organized throughout the store, throughout the day. It’s been “all hands on deck” on my visits.On this visit, an associate was extremely helpful in not just pointing me in the right direction, but she walked me over and helped me pick coordinating outfits.I think I’ll be shopping here throughout the summer! Why here? Because their customer service is unmatched!”
“Got a pair of AWESOME Jean's today for half off and I had $4 extra off for being a rewards customer....So $14 for the best fit Jean's ever!! The gentleman with the dreads that checked me out was very pleasant and easy on the eyes...Also thank you to the fitting room lady for understanding that I had a big hole in the pants that I was wearing ....and that's why I was there buying new pants...she let me go straight to checkout so I didnt have to put my holey pants back on...over all the plantation store in davie is the best store ever..thank you”

“I have shopped at H&M stores for years. Their European style at affordable prices make it the "IKEA" of clothing (no assembly required...LOL). H&M sources raw materials from different areas around the world, always trying to find the best economies of scale to pass on the savings to the customer. The top three locations that ship its raw materials are China, Bangladesh, and India. Its retail headquarters is located in Sweden, where 21 suppliers and factories manufacture H&M's clothing products and accessories.Throughout the years, the company has collaborated with big names like Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Stella McCartney and Beyonce, just to name a few....so their goal is to provide quality wear at affordable prices...This store inside the Broward Mall was really spacious and well laid out...I headed for the Men's section and found several cool things for less than $20 each. Their staff was very busy arranging and organizing stuff, so I had to call someone to come to the register when I was ready.”
“Athleta has a beautiful selection of workout attire. It's like the less expensive version of Lululemon without the quality compromise. They have clothing for women and children. I love the vast selection offered and the colors are beautiful. So crazy how workout attire has become just a big craze! But then again, if I could live in workout attire, I probably would. Athleta is located smack dab in the middle of The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. You can find Athleta next to the new Kendra Scott and across from Victoria's Secret. It's quite a large store and everything is laid out so nicely. Check them out.”
“I was able to get five pair of uniforms that includes top and bottoms, jackets and socks plus belts and hair accessories for my two kids all under $300. Only thing I needed to go to the main uniform store for was just to get a logo and that was it because I got what I needed from Worth It. I will be back next year for my uniform needs.”
“The Associates in the store have always been really courteous and helpful when I shop here. This is a large Tillys that has a good selection of clothing. Today it was hot as balls in that store. I was standing near the back looking at the clothes rack and I can feel straight up hot "oven like" air blowing down on me from the vent above. Please fix that!”

“It is a store where I have been a customer for more than 15 years, I love the quality of their clothing, the attention of their associates is excellent. But like last month I bought a mattress and they told me to call in 14 days to schedule the delivery of the mattress. And so I did and I have called four times including today. And they told me that they are going to put another note about my wait and that I should wait 5 to 6 more days for them to call me to schedule the delivery. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a mattress at JCPenney. Because it is unfair that it takes them a month to deliver a mattress to you. There are other stores or furniture stores that do not take as long to deliver. I have purchased from Dorado Furniture, City Furniture, and Roomstogo and I have never had a problem with the delivery of my furniture and mattresses. I wanted to test the quality of the mattresses at the JCPenney store, which, as I explained, I have been a customer for many years and they have quality clothing and excellent customer service provided by their associates. But it's unfair to leave a customer waiting a month for a mattress they purchased.”
“I just worked with Amitie, an employee at Inmotion in the Fort Lauderdale FL airport to purchase a new pair of headphones. I never expected such amazing customer service at an airport!
