Recently I made 15+ calls and 5+ visits trying to get our CDs renewed and still not yet done. This bank would automatically renew your no-penalty CD into penalty CD. Scary and not respected.If you are not a millionaire, don't go.If you don't believe what I said, go enjoy their terrible put-on-hold call waiting and lagging response.The above was posted 2wks ago. I emailed Customer.Help as instructed and was told they are escalating the concernt... but after waiting&waiting for 2wks, they are not seriously trying to help anything yet...

I would like to alert the entire community that uses CITIBANK services. I was a victim of bank fraud through the ZELLE platform, which I did not carry out. I went to the CITIBANK branch immediately upon realizing the fraud to inform them and also proceeded to file a report with the police.After doing the corresponding procedures and following all the procedures, the entity has refused to return the stolen money to me, they even recommended that I contact the people who stole the money from my account, which is absurd on the part of CITIBANK and is a indicative that this banking unit does not deserve the trust of those of us who have believed that this bank is a safe place to keep our money.It is important to note that we have been account holders at Citibank for over 8 years, which is why I feel totally disappointed in the treatment they have given my case. I think that CITIBANK has not been reciprocal with me as a client of so many years.We have a relationship in Bank of America, from where we transact for daily expenses and debit or credit Zelle only between known individuals like family members. We were victims of fraud in Bank of America as well, with unrecognized debit too. We filed Police reports to open investigation for both Bank of America and Citibank. Investigation at Bank of America resulted in our favor, there were impostors that hacked my email and account information. Bank of America returned our funds.I do not recommend anyone use the services of this bank due to the lack of seriousness with which they treat customers.

I can only say Jonathan Smith employee at the Miramar center is probably the only person in Citibank that has high customer service morals, I came in very upset as always with Citibank as I just hung up with another rude employee, and he open my savings account as we talked as friends would, I felt at ease and comfortable and content with his professionalism and attention to my banking issues. The only employee that I encountered in over two years and Citi should see why, but I bet they don't even care because I spoke with a concierge and he is not even professional, so really who is the example well my gosh an employee (Jonathan thank you for existing in Citi bank, I'll stop by and say hello sometime soon. Again thanks you sir. ?

I always visit this branch and I can only say that the staff is always very friendly and willing to solve any problem, Hanny Rodríguez always receives me with a good attitude (he mentioned it because not in all the places that you go as a customer you receive a good attitude from the workers) the headquarters is always clean and the ATMs always work.

Worse experience ever at this branch . Employees clearly are unhappy ! Walked in to open a new acct and was given excuses as to why i should come back Monday . He even told me he was booked for the day and could not open acct!!! Wanna know the reason ?? Due to a utility bill that he said he could not print for me . And for me to come back monday , ima be honest i felt discriminated. As i left this branch went to another one and opened acct and was HELPED . They actually printed out the bill for me and told me they did not understand why i was treated that way Turns out clerk at this Miramar branch did not wanna do his job and did not care to help . This branch was empty!! Yet he said he was completely booked

Citibank has no clear rules, and it depends on the branch workers' mood. Opening a new account here is not a good idea. So OE employees see this as a nightmare and offer all the excuses to avoid it. Referral fees to invite new consumers apply depending on the employee criteria, and they avoid applying these incentives for no valid reason. Bottom line: find another bank; maybe a virtual bank like Sofi will always be easier, simpler, and more valuable.

I am so disappointed in the recent experience I had at this branch. As much as I hate writing negative reviews, it is well deserved. I made an appointment and went into the Miramar branch on May 11th and met with Viviana to set up a business bank account. I was told I would receive my card and information via the mail but it is now the end of June and have not received anything. I called and spoke with Customer Service who said they found no record of my account. Naturally, I called Viviana's direct line and asked that she returned my call...Nothing, called again and left another message a few days later....nothing. I then called the branch and asked about my account and asked to speak with her. I was told she was with a client and would call me back within the hour..... again.... NOTHING. I called back later that day and spoke with the same representative who assured me she would call back before the end of the day... take a guess what happened....NOTHING. I have been a Citibank customer for over a decade and am extremely disappointed at the level of service at my home branch. Customer Service 101....return a call. Update your customer on what is going on. I now will take my business elsewhere.

I had a bad experience in this office, and to avoid to put this feedback I wanted to talk to the manager first (who is new), but she told me: "I heard you had a problem, I'm busy, but you can talk to XXXX", I told her “I'd like to talk with you about the problem” and she said to me “But I'm busy!! so come on Monday!! OK??".If I were a manager, I would like very much to know the problems of my clients, because it is a great opportunity to improve, but here it seems that everyone wants to go home as soon as possible at the end of the day.I went here on Saturday to open an additional account and I arrived at the agreed time 1PM, then the guy told me “Do it online from your cell phone because is faster", but the system was down, so after 20 minutes trying, I asked him, "why don't you open the account” and he says “I'm sorry, but I have another appointment with another client. I can give you other appointment for next Saturday, you do not have other option”, I said to him: OK, but with another person. "Perfect, your appointment is for next Saturday at 10 AM with YYYY"I didn’t leave the office because I’m a experienced guy, so just as I suspected, 25 minutes before the office closes, he got up from his desk and left. The supposed client never arrived.In addition to this when I arrived the following Saturday, the person YYYY told me "I don't have any appointment on my schedule with you and no one can book an appointment for me."

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting one week to open a business savings account. I call every day. No one answers the phones. Twice when I have called after multiple times I am told the person who took all my information is either out for the day, or will call me back. I was there February 9 in the morning and it is February 17 at 3:30 pm. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this bank. You will be disappointed
