Alexandra is amazing!!! She is very friendly and took her time to explain everything in full detail. She made recommendations on what entrance to use for convenience and to save time. She even rides on the elevator with customers who fear riding the elevator. Talks to them and comforts them. She made my experience at cube smart 5 Star!
