The pharmacy never has any of the medicine my doctor prescribes in stock. I always have to wait 3 to 4 days. My last experience was that they didn't fill the prescription because it wasn't covered by my insurance. If I submitted the prescription (with a coupon) it means that I know it wasn't covered by my insurance and I am aware of the cost. They also lost the coupon so I had to give it to them again. Just no common sense. If your prescribed a medication it's because you need it.

IT WAS OK UNTIL I GOT TO SELF CHECKOUT AT 3PM THIS CLERK WALKS UP WO SAYING A WORD GRABBED MY 3 ITEMS BAGGED THEM AND WALKED AWAY .. I WAS SO UPSET I DIDN'T SAY A WORD ...I STILL WORK IN RETAIL AND EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AT TIMES YES CUSTOMERS CAN BE TOUGH YET I HAVE RESPECT AND UNDERSTAND THE SHRINKAGE ISSUE YET HAVE A LITTLE MORE MANNERS WHEN IT COMES TO HOW PPL SPEND THEIR MONEY 💰 THIS IS WHY SALES ARE LOW ...RESPECT PAYS THESE DAYS

Where should I start? I had the WORST experience with Yanett and Laura. I have never experienced being treated like this as a customer. Joseph didn’t even attempt to accommodate me after expressing my frustration. I won’t be back here, EVER! RIDICULOUS!

Thanks to the Store Manager Manju that is always provides me with the best service and welcomes me to the store. This is my local CVS pharmacy and every time I go I always feel welcome. All the reps are very courteous and trying to help me out making my experience a breeze.

Pesimo (service on the part of the staff) to my wife did not want to give her her medications being authorized by her main doctor and active her insurance.,The lady named Laura speaks Spanish and from the beginning refused to give a good service putting problem to everything that was said very irresponsible on her part or give the medicine to those who need it.

I cannot allow another day to pass without writing a review on this branch of CVS. I think Headquarters needs to hire a different staff within the pharmacy department because something wrong is happening, If I could give less than a 1 star they deserve much less.
I had a procedure done and the Doc sent, upon my request, my medication to the Miramar Parkway and Doulgas CVS Pharmacy. Now keep in mind my family has been using this location for over 20 years. When my mother went to find out about my medication, the gentleman in the pharmacy told her everything would be $64. Thank God she did not pay that. She told me and I said to her find out if they are using my insurance. She went back to the store and the gentleman told her they do not accept my insurance. A BIG SHOCK. She calls me and I told her impossible I just picked up prescription for my son the week before with the SAME insurance. She told him and he was not hearing it. He even went further to tell her I should try WALGREENS (the competition). So I told her to put him on the phone. After refusing to come on the phone he finally did. I asked him why did my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) work last week but not this week? He said something to the effect of it only working for 7 days and has expired....never heard such a thing in my life. So at this point, in pain, I could not bother to argue with him. I jumped on my cvs app and RELOCATED my prescriptions to another CVS LESS THAN A MILE from that location.
I went to that location. They took my insurance card. Rang me up, I paid $14 took my prescription and WENT ON MY WAY. A simple task that took no effort. I stopped and asked the young lady. Do all CVS use the same system to process insurance payments. She said YES!!!! Let that sink in because my question then is, what was the issue at CVS Miramar Parkway???
Now, the week before was not without any issue for my son. The same gentleman told me $400 for my son's prescription and said my insurance did not work. He used a coupon that dropped the medication to $200. I told him it's okay I will call my insurance company. The next day I called my insurance company and they called the location. I paid $7.
I don't know what kind of GAMES this location is playing. I recommend everyone to question if they are using your insurance and then call your insurance if what you are being charged sounds off. It blows my mind that you walk into such an establishment and have to be concerned if they are charging you correctly.
For me, it is goodbye to CVS. Thank you to your employee who suggested the competition. HELLO WALGREENS. And I will let you know, I have heard two persons say they are picking up prescriptions and I tell my story and tell them go to WALGREENS the SUGGESTED PHARMACY BY A CVS EMPLOYEE.
I will no longer go even into the CVS store to purchase a single thing. I did not ask for discounts. My insurance has a part to pay (and their service is not cheap to me), the pharmacy has a part to play and I have a part to play. Be fair. Do what IS RIGHT by people. We work too hard to be RIPPED off due to lack of knowledge on what we trust you to be processing on our behalf.
Less than a star.....

I had an exceptional experience with the CVS customer service team. Specifically, the CVS on Miramar Pkwy and Douglas rd. From the moment I walk in, they are attentive, professional, and quick to address my issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution, providing helpful solutions and clear communication every step of the way. It's rare to find such a dedicated and caring team, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure my experience was seamless. I will definitely be returning as a loyal customer.

Horrible service by store attendant ALONA, she was really mean and rude, I asked politely to scan an item for me and she gave me attitude and honestly she seems like she does not want to work.
DON’T GO TO THIS CVS.
