Well nastiest manager ever encountered. WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CVS CARD FOR ITEMS WITHOUT A DISCOUNT SIGN. And then my son leaves the store and she starts talking badly about the customer who just left which was my son.

I just have to give it 1 start to write the WORST experience ever, I was at the drive thru 7:30 to pickup my child prescription, they took 30 minutes to serve 2 cars, When it was the turn of the car in front of me they closed, so fast I run inside the store. They didn't want to serve me because they were already "closed" with a line of more than 6 people. I don't know who this is supposed to reach, but you can't play with a BABY’S MEDITATION like that. MY BABY WAS IN THE CAR SICK WAITING FOR IT. Not to mention that I had to wait 4 days for a medicine for her before this.CVS PHARMACY has to check their staff very well because they are dealing with people's health.

Everytime I come here to pick up a prescription these individuals always have a nasty funky attitude! Especially the dude with the dreadlocks in his hair.
You don’t like your job?! Simply get a new one. The line is long? Work on time management! I will be picking up my medication else where. It’s a new year do better! yuck!

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Completely unorganized, make you wait hours while they do absolutely nothing! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATION HERE! GO TO WALGREENS!

10/30/2024 ; 7 at night...
For me this is the worst CVS I have visited in the United States. The treatment is terrible, no wonder they only have 2 stars. The person who assisted me does not have any type of professionalism. I felt discriminated against for not mastering the English language. In short, I do not recommend this place. And I never plan to go back there.

I came in for help on October 30th, 2024, around 6:30 p.m., and was treated very poorly by the staff. My mom, who’s very sick, needed her prescription urgently, but they told us we had to wait until tomorrow or stay seated there until it was ready, even though they mentioned it would only take about half an hour. I politely asked if we could come back to pick it up, but they insisted I stay.
While I waited, I overheard the staff speaking in English about us, assuming we didn’t understand. They made rude comments and even refused to speak Spanish to my dad, who doesn’t speak English and felt extremely uncomfortable. They kept us waiting for over two hours, only to give us the medicine minutes before closing. This experience was disrespectful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely abysmal customer service, I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful the pharmacy staff are. I have been to this location 4 times already for the same prescription and they can never get it right. They give you attitude and sass, even rolling their eyes and throwing the prescription bag at you like a dog.
On top of that they cannot perform the most basic things like not charging for the wrong prescription.
Many times have I gone there and the pharmacy staff are all gossiping, playing loud music, and even storing sodas in the med fridge.
Never coming back here again!

Be very careful when they offer you the discount card, they ask for a credit card, they charge you for what you buy but they don't tell you that to join they charge you 5 dollars a month. Don't be fooled. I was very specific and asked Mrs. And she told me that they don't charge me anything. I was scammed and deceived. They must explain all the details.

I went to pick a prescription and made the line on the drive thru for 40 minutes . I told them I had a GoodRx coupon and needed to pay with Apple Pay and the person with her face said that I needed to go directly inside for that . I went inside and made another line to get assisted . At the time of pay I said that I have a coupon for the prescription and the other person told me that if I wanted the discount I neeeddd to step aside and wait again . So I made 2 lines and she did not make the effort to get the Coupon code at the cashier bc she needed to use another registered . At the end I had to pay spending my money bc seems they don’t want to grant the coupons for GoodRx or any other that by law they have to pass and are making the owner pay. These coupons are meant to save money to the customer and they don’t want to help.

Just released from the hospital and this pharmacy closes at 6 which is understandable. what is NOT understandable is the lack of Caring pharmacy staff in this location. They had the gate down at 6:20 but they were still inside of the pharmacy. I called in to see how to get my medication that I NEED and was quickly cut off and told they are closed very rudely! instead of directing me to another pharmacy the first 5x i asked how i would be able to get my meds the female pharmacy tech who got off work on 6/22 at 6:30 ran away from me and flat out ignored me AND THREW HER HANDS UP AS IF SHE WAS NOT TRYING TO HELP ME. After getting extremely upset about the lack of compassion this rude employee had, another female employee came to help me but her attitude was just as rude letting me know its my fault i came too late even though i told her 3x i was just released from the emergency hospital. they finally directed me to the 24hr pharmacy after i had to cause a scene to get any type of assistance. The lack of compassion and care coming from people working in here is appalling and should be dealt with immediately. The pharmacy Tech woman who ran off and ignored me after i told her about my extreme need for my medication should be fired for blowing me off instead of just directing me to the other location.

Horrible. The pharmacy is the worse. The new assistance pharmacist is a joke. Long lines in the drive thru and inside because these people do not know what they are doing.

This pharmacy should work on screening their employees better. Some of the kids they are hiring today have attitudes and to be honest lack basic customer service and work skill. It’s frightening to think they work in a pharmacy. Not only have we experienced issues but I’ve witnessed others.
