This Dollar Ge real store is NEVER able to a swer the questions of a customer being they continuously takes their phone off the hook at the opening of the store and for the entire time of working hours it has a busy signal. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL

This place is only good if you know everything about Dollar General. It is really confusing, and no one is there willing to assist. Instead of getting assistance you will be receiving orders. My first visit and last visit to this location.

I usually go to this location to shop because it's better stocked than the ones close by in Miami Gardens. I was able to find a lot of the items I went there for that was on clearance and they all rang up the correct price. Unfortunately I was .51 cents away from $25 to get my $5 off but didn't notice until I got in my car and checked my receipt. Went back and told the manager I didn't get my $5 coupon off and that's when he brought to my attention that it wasn't $25 pre tax. So I asked if the sale can be redone especially since I found another clearance item I wanted. The manager told me no. I don't think that was right and if I wasn't so short on time I would've brought them back in the store and request a refund then purchase them back. Shame on you Mr. Manager. You just didn't want to do the work.

This location is a sham.
The pricing is NEVER the same as the App when you direct it to this location.
The Aisles and App state one price and they ring up $12.99 MORE that is quoted.
When you bring the price discrepancy to the Manager who claims she doesn't speak English.
She just repeats that she is not going to correct the price.
This store is obviously price gouging in this location.
Dollar General needs to correct this matter IMMEDIATELY !!

This place is excellent, a lot of variety of products and very good service, the staff guides you to find what you are looking for, a cashier named Daryl helped me, very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it

WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER THIS STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TROUBLE NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THERE WAS SOMETHING ON THE SHELF THAT SAID 9.50 WHEN I WHEN TO THE REGISTER IT RUNG UP 12.50 THE VERIFIED IT AND SEE IT SAID 9.50 BUT HE SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND ITS 12.50 I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT IT SHE STARTED YELLING OVER THE PHONE AND BEING RUDE THAT THE PRICE IS THE PRICE MAMA. THATS NOT A MANAGER SHOULD ACT AND HER AND HER STAFF CUSTOMER IS TROUBLE AND THEY DEFINITELY NEED ALOT OF TRAINING.

I used to shop here ALOT but ever since Becky left, this place has gone downhill. The staff Is always loud. They open and close when they want. Never again and I live less than 5 min away. I rather go across the street to Family Dollar.

I would not visit the location. Nasty, nasty attitude and people. The person collecting the carts, I asked her for one. She gives me a nasty look and says are you going in the store. She turns around and walks away with the carts. I would like to know for what reason she decided that I'm not able to use a cart? I'm sure it's discrimination of some kind. I'm disabled and I'm sure this was illegal.
