I would NEVER use this business again. The “owner” was never available when I called and tried to stay in contact with him. Because I was going back and forth with him and the insurance company. And then when I lost my vehicle to them on major blunder, they didn’t want to talk to me or the insurance company. They ignored my calls even more. I had to call from different numbers to get in contact with him or go to the shop to talk. I tried to work something out with them, but they didn’t want to do that. It hurts losing my vehicle to them. And I wouldn’t use their services never again.
Edit message: I posted the original messages almost a month ago. Giving this company 1 star. I see every one star review has the company addressing the issue. BUT THEY HAVEN’T ADDRESSED MINES. Because what the “owner” did was practically steal my vehicle. The insurance company paid them over $3,000 for the service. And all what was missing was $1390. He knows what he did. Because when my finance company (Wells Fargo) tried to get into contact with the “owner” he ignored the calls. So they could pick up the vehicle. He knew he wanted to keep my truck and sell it for a profit. Which really SUCKS! He could’ve let me pay him in installments but he said the “owner” wouldn’t go for it. I’m like wow, I thought you were the “owner”. So like I said NEVER AGAIN!
