First would like to say that Joel is very professional, timely, courteous, friendly and shows care when handling issue. He replaced my LCD screen for an ipad pro 12in and saved me from buying a new one, I had even taken it to bestbuy/Geek squad which dont recomend before calling iFixx and they told me had to get a new ipad.
