Very friendly place and very nice people working there, organized. My original car pick up was scheduled at 8393 Pines Blvd, got there only to find out they don’t have the vehicle I requested, they’re not friendly.

I went in on a day where I had to run a lot of errands for work. Cars weren't available, which irritated me since it held me back a couple hours. However, Vincent and Mark made the experience so much better with their kindness and professionalism. I came in frustrated and left happy. Thank you so much!

This location use to be my preferred as they were friendly and had great customer service, not anymore. I reserved almost a month ahead of my trip and got to the location to be told that my reservation has been cancelled since I did not confirm via phone call. I mentioned that I had not received a phone call, and even checked my call log and voicemail, nothing. The person who checked me in (while not rude) was very dismissive and seemed not to care much about the inconvenience that I had. He told me that they had a car on site, or I could wait to see if someone would return a truck (which I have reserved). A car would not work as I was taking a road trip with other passengers. I sat in the location for an hour to then be told that I could take the truck that had literally been sitting there since I arrived., apparently a 'hold' had been lifted though no one touched the truck or provided any maintenance. So I essentially waiting an hour for nothing. The truck was not very clean (another issue I have been experiencing lately) but it ran well and was good on gas. When I returned the truck, I mentioned my grievance to one of the Managers and he promised that someone would call me, I have yet to receive a call. Very disappointed in the service here. Perhaps the same 'text/email' system that is used to confirm that a car will be returned can also be used to confirm the initial reservation. Also, train employees to be a bit more compassionate.

Picking up the car from this location was a horrible experience! However dropping it off was a total 360, thanks to Vinny, the branch manager. He asked how was my experience with Enterprise and I explained to him the dilemma we faced. He listened attentively, and was very emphathetic and proceeded to ask what would make my experience better. He made me change my mind from ever renting from Enterprise again. I wish all the employees were nice, patient, and accomodating as him!

I was very reluctant to write a bad review but after having this loaner for over a week not being able to switch it out is beyond insane when the rental was given to me there was a stale odor in the suv then a day later the tire pressure alerted me that the tires were flat and one day the (D) for the drive module started to flicker, I went back not once but 3x's to this location just for them to constantly tell me " oh its just the sensors" when it's not!I'm now being left with mechanical issue of putting air in the same two tires the next day and every other day after! Then lastly the other issue is there are mini little roaches in the vehicle. On my last and third attempt to switch out my vehicle the guy who works there after putting air in the tire stated that he would call me once a vehicle comes in..... that was 6 days ago still no call, Even the heavy set young lady that works there customer service sucks, Like why work in a industry that's not suitable for you.All and all I even called corporate and still no results this is a disgrace on the company.

Enterprise is a disgrace to its customers. I am lucky to be alive and hopefully I'll lucky be to never have to deal with ENTERPRISE again. This shoutout goes to all of Enterprise, not just the Miramar branch, since you do not have a Complaints Department or employees that care. Moises from Ft. Lauderdale was really nice though.I was in a bad accident on 10/02/23 with a rented vehicle (not at fault, rear ended). I have reached out to the local branch (Jay), the manager (Vincent), damage recovery unit, corporate customer service, corporate escalation department and nothing. It's been more than 3 weeks and they refuse to allow me to pick up my personal belongings or close out the rental agreement.Corporate Escalation said the Regional manager would reach out, they never did. Local branch agent said Enterprise towing system is on a first come first serve basis for the regional area and can only be reached by email; I will be served when they get to me. They also refused to provide me with a replacement vehicle or allowed me to open another contract because I had an open ticket. I was without transportation for 4 days, until my personal vehicle was out of the body shop (in since 9/20).Today on 10/28, a saw a charge from Enterprise and called them. Apparently the rental agreement was closed out by corporate but no one cared to inform me or send me a copy of the agreement until I called. Mind you that I've been trying to close the agreement of more than $800 to be reimbursed by the party at fault. I've begged all the Enterprise agents for help with this because I need to pay my bills and I had a family emergency on 10/11.I asked about my personal belongings and was told to go to a city that is 25 miles away to get them. I called before making the drive only to find out that the rental vehicle had been auctioned off on 10/17 and they do not know where my belongings (over $600 worth of things) might be! After a few more calls, it turns out they might be at the airport and I have to make claims for each individual item!ENTERPRISE, you have zero compassion for your clients! All this time that passed by, I could have already had my rental reimbursed in time to pay my housing rental and I could have had my personal items back. You make so much money, yet you do not have a better towing system and won't use roadside assistance towing because they are contractors. All your divisions within corporate and branches need to have on going training. They all have different responses and miscommunications across each other and with customers.That message that you put on replay while I waited to speak to an agent is pure hypocrisy. Saying thank you for allowing Enterprise to be family owned, family owned makes a difference, let us show you what that means, we want our customers to have a great experience, we have your back, and allow you to keep moving forward... Not only do I have to go through the traumatic experience and pain of a multiple collision car wreck on a highway; an at fault party with no bodily injury liability; out of pocket car rental that will eventually be reimbursed; a week of income loss - I get to deal with your nightmare of a situation too, Enterprise. DO BETTER.10/30 Update. I went to the airport lost/found, Enterprise, and the service center. None of them want to be responsible. But in the end, I found out that the vehicle was auctioned off with all my things in it. Service center, Luis, said they do not tag and bag items unless the branch calls it in. Local branch said they cannot do that because there is no number to call them. I was in their office and there was a phone. Why they think it is acceptable to sell the property of the renter is beyond me. I saw pictures from the estimate made at Enterprise service center and all my items were still there.Read the other reviews and the report about a Florida woman, Daresha Garmon, that was involved in a car accident while driving an Enterprise vehicle. They auctioned off the car and lost her mother's ashes; she's suing them.

The Team at Enterprise Rental at 2150 State Road 7 in Hollywood Florida were exceptionally amazing. Each employee helped me with all my questions and stayed up to closing time to make sure my vehicle was returned properly.Thank you ll!!Donna Coren

Terrible location and sloppy management. Not only do they not take the customers time into consideration but they also have a terrible staff. They sent me to another location just to get dropped off 3 miles away. Arrived to the location and they said "we don't have anyone available to do a drop off. If this had a "zero star" option then that would've been my first choice.

We have been renting from Enterprise for years but everything change when we met Alvin. For over 3 years now and always we have the most pleasant experience.We follow him where ever he goes. He is first courteous, hospitable and knowledgeable. In all reasonableness, there may be others but he top them all. There is no hidden agenda with him. He always leave you with a clear understanding and a satisfied deal. Take my word but prove it. Alvin is an ASSET!!
