I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Yvette. From the moment I arrived, she was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The facility was clean, secure, and well-organized, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Yvette went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the care and attention I received!

Oscar was extremely rude speaking to me on the phone. He was talking down on me. Honestly should be fired. He wanted to play victim to the manager on the phone making me seem like i was the aggressive one when i started yelling at him. The woman who was a manager was more nice and handled the situation better.
