The driver ( Matthew) delivered my package to God knows WHO, on yesterday 7/31/25, but sent me an email that reads signed by B Ggrd. NOT ME!!! Now I'm getting the run around about my package!!! It was supposed to be delivered at my door. The office's camera shows that he NEVER came to my complex at the time shown on the email, plus, I was home at the time!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Great service once the store opened. I got there just after 8 am but had to wait outside in the parking lot until 9 am for the store to open. It would be nice this Fedex location opens at 8 am like many others.

They do not deliver as agreed, and they provide false information that there is no one or the address is incorrect.

If I can put 0 I would, the people who work there obviously need more training or common sense. I literally sent my son with a hand written note with the mailing address and the amount it should be. All they had to do was read. I guess that’s not a qualification. The person at the front tells him that he would need an account number. So the item was not shipped because they close at 745p. To make matters worse the item was time sensitive. Thanks FedEx!

Very bad customer service. I wanted in line for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. They proceed to have a gentleman that came in after me and kept ignoring me. Avoid this place if you actually need help

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST FED EX CENTER THERE IS WITH INCOMPETENT DRIVERS. THE DRIVER GAVE MY PACKAGE THAT REQUIRED A SIGNATURE TO A COMPLETE STRANGER!!!!! I DROVE TO THE CENTER TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESOLUTION FOR YOU AND WHAT POOR JOB THEIR DRIVER PERFORMED!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS CENTER AT ALL COST OR FEDEX IN GENERAL!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE POSSIBLY STOLEN BY AN EMPLOYEE OR IMPROPERLY HANDLED!!!
