Thank goodness for this FedEx location and its friendly, professional employees! They were able to quickly locate my delayed package!I mistakenly put the shipping address the same as my billing address which differ. FedEx held my package for me at their Miramar location. They kept it refrigerated, which was extremely important, as it could have gone bad without having it properly stored!I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend this location!

I showed up to mail my package that needed to be overnighted it was medication packed in dry ice. I was told on the 1-800 number that this location was the only local location that would be able to assist me. Upon arrival the gentleman was on the phone. He put them on hold and asked me about my package. When I said it had dry ice he told me he had no labels and I would have to call the 1-800 number. I asked him if he would call and the answer was a hard NO. He told me to call and they would email me the label. Then I asked him if he would print the label if I called and got it sent to me email. Again that was a NO!!! I walked out and went straight to UPS. They were so helpful and friendly!! I am officially done with Fed Ex. They have zero customer service. Moving on and not looking back!!!

This place is a waste of space. What is the point to have a shipping company that can’t even print labels even if you’re willing to pay. This place is designed for you to waste your time and have no positive results.

I would not recommend anyone in their right mind to use FedEx. The worst service ever, the drivers don't know that they need to ring the door bell or knock on the door to let the customer know that they are at the door, instead they leave a FedEx sticker on the door and that's it. The app is the same, the customer cannot keep up with all the estimated times, just be prepared to wait the entire day if you can. And as for calling customer service, when you finally get through to speak with a human being, this person tells you ,you need to pick up your package instead and that the location closes at 8, so you get there at 7:45 and it's already close. Thank God for UPS. FedEx you need to get it together.

worst FedEx in South Florida it seems like they don't work on Fridays or Saturdays, there's always delays, any type of package. maybe they only have one driver

FedEx is very far down from what it used to be. Signed delivery says the package will be home from 6 to 7PM. It shows up at 10:30 AM. The driver knocked once and waited for exactly 6 seconds. How do I know this? Because I have a video doorbell, which he never rang. App says I can come pick the package up after 4 PM. I show up and tell me I cannot pickup because it is addressed to my wife. I explain that my wife is a nurse and with her schedule there is no way she can come pick it up, and the only reason I couldn’t sign for it is that their driver couldn’t be bothered to push a button. Their response: sorry, but it has to be your wife. Maybe if they trained their drivers to follow protocol, push buttons and wait a bit more than 6 seconds I could also feel sorry, but I do not.

How is it that the driver supposedly “attempted to deliver” my package saying no one was home when I have been in my house all day! Pure laziness now I have to go out of my way to get my package I made sure to pay extra for to get on time for an event this weekend. SMH THE WORST

Horrible Service! Driver lied about delivering my package and was advised I’d have to wait for a later date to receive it.

Lied about attempting a delivery for something I payed extra to get delivered on a specific date. Why am I paying for delivery if I have to pick it up myself.
