Clean, well organized, and willIng to take many items (including some small light furniture items). The staff are always friendly and will help you bring in your bags. Also conveniently located in the Publix shopping center, with great hours, so an easy drop off is attainable. I find myself here at least every 2 weeks, dropping off items for a cause. And if you want a receipt for tax purposes they are more than happy to accommodate you. Do a good deed and drop off some lightly used items for someone in need.

Attempted to donate today. Blonde attendant began to scream when I entered to not put the things down. When I asked what she wanted me to do she screamed“listen” at me like she was talking to a child. My daughter heard her scream outside. I asked her not to yell and she ran into the back. Will not be returning to that location.

The person working there was incredibly rude, I left and came back after being turned away for not having my things in a plastic bag. Website and answering machine say they’re open until 6:30p and this location was closed at 5:45p

There is never anyone there. I stopped by 4 separate times today and the door still have the "will be back" sign. I even got out and tapped on the door in disbelief but...no one answered. This is not the first time either. They should just shut this branch down. Unbelievable.

I called before I we met but no one picked up but I figured it should be fine to just go drop off donations. I get there and mind you I'm carrying a heavy box full of kitchen supplies and the lady refuses to let me inside. She put a black cart right at the entrance and when I opened the door she immediately told me she couldn't take my donation. When I asked her why she first said it was because it was in a box so I offered to take the items out of the box which she also refused. When I asked her why I didn't understand her explanation. When I asked again she said that they only accepted clothes. This good will has a sign at on the glass at the entrance that says they need kitchen supplies. I asked her why that sign would be on the window if they weren't accepting supplies and she started getting mad. I won't be donating to hood will again. It was the first time I had because I usually ship donations to Colombia, Ecuador or Argentina but figured it would be nice to donate somewhere near home. How is it that I show up with a box full of things and I get rejected? It's as if they don't want you to donate.

This location needs to become more consistent about their hours of operation. It is hit and miss when you might be able to leave items for them to receive donations very frustrating. The woman who is working is very rude..

I had a horrible experience. When I went this lady was yelling at me that they no longer except anything but clothes even though there was a huge sign saying they were in need of house items. Her attitude was very unpleasant and unnecessary.

I've been dropping off donations here for years! Probably thousands of dollars in donations and just recently in the past few months they have a new lady accepting donations and to put it as nice as possible, she is horrible with people. She is rude, she cuts you off when trying to ask a question and she honestly makes you feel bad for trying to do something good. she has thrown boxes at me (literally) as I was emptying my car yelling at me telling me she doesn't accept boxes... now the latest is she only accepts clothes, no shoes and nothing else which is posted on the pictures on the window. She has yelled at me and cut me off and shut the door in my face and thrown things at me. If this is the service I will receive moving forward I will take my kindness elsewhere. She needs to be replaced with someone who can deal with people.

Customer service is the worst. Store hours are not respected i have been coming here for a week trying to drop off a donation and either they are at lunch always at different times or open and close at different times. Rude lady came out today and i asked her what is her normal time of lunch and her answer was i don't know just come in one hour. Sad people don’t do a good job with so many people in need if one.
