I was preapproved for a mortgage in January I was asked if I had a realtor I said no. And I guess that’s where I went wrong I was matched with Mellon home Real estate It’s now April And I haven’t been out not once to even look at a property . I have worked hard on my credit for loanDepot to just run my credit I had a credit decrease for them to take it as a joke , if I don’t use their realtor ( Bullying behavior) I can’t get the loan And as a first time homebuyer This has been my experience At loanDepot .

Dámaris Martín is a disaster at communicating. We spent an hour on the phone talking about my financial situation, in every possible detail, I gave her all my confidential information, social security and so on. After that conversation I waited for a few days to text her about the next steps of the process. She didn't reply for a few days nor call me for over a week nor did she respond to my messages. Thens he called me and tells me that she doesn't have any information about my situation that we discussed for more than one hour a week before, because it got lost somehow and that now she must pull my credit to find out my case. After pulling my credit she told me she would call me back. I waited a week.nothing. Zero. I tried to contacted her again and again and she never responded again, not even answering my messages. To all of you who are intending to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and stay away from the office of Damaris Martin. good afternoon.

I would give this company a negative ..I have not spoken to ms Boyle ..a gentleman by the name of Ryan Richards hounded and hounded me ran a soft credit check without my approval ..kept calling me I kept telling him I'll call back ..which I wasn't going to ..I'm working from home was about to call into a zoom meeting he called me I told him I can't talk I have a meeting I hung up he called right back I told him again !! He then text me that I'm rude that I hung up on him ..I was very stunned to find out he has my social etc when I hadn't even discussed going forward and I hadn't given him my information he said he's the bank he had all info about me . Today I receive a letter from Home Depot saying I'm declined due to credit app incomplete !! Damn right I didn't start it!! I called and wasn't really helped by customer service !! Kept telling me soft credit doesn't go in credit report !
