Chris truly went above and beyond to help get my image lightened perfectly for printing — he made sure everything looked clean, clear, and professional before sending it off. They are both amazing!!
Then when I met the manager, it made complete sense why he had such a great team. He was so helpful and sweet as well. Customer service like this is hard to find. “I did 4 stars because my husband and I went to send out a package and the person who helped us (which I forgot his name) treated me super rude! I was the one dealing with the package and the worker was treating me really horrible and talking to me as if I’m stupid, rolling his eyes, making faces. He was making it harder than what it should had been and my husband jumped in and the worker started “thank you boss, yeah boss, this boss, that boss, you got it boss” like seriously, how how horrible of a person, treating me with attitude and making feel stupid and being all nice nice to my husband. I went again recently and I’m gladly I didn’t get the same person because I was going to walk out if I did and the worker I got was very helpful. That first one would had been a 1 star but since I went again and got a different person that was more helpful and patience, that’s why I bumped it up to a 4, only because that worker was way better.”
