“I’ve never had a bad experience here and I go here multiple times a month to do Amazon returns. The staff is quick, helpful and attentive. I’m not gonna lie. They don’t smile much but that doesn’t mean they don’t give me great customer service. lol. The biggest reason for my five stars is their patience. When you come in with a lot of packages and multiple return labels, you can get a little discombobulated and I’ve never felt like they were rushing me even when other people are waiting. I’ve walked in five minutes before closing on a Friday and got the same energy as 12 in the afternoon.”

“The rarest thing to find these days is a person that treats their job as if they owned the place. Riko did just that. I had called a UPS store in Plantation very close to us because they claimed to have a notary. The lady that answered told me no, then when I questioned her she said oh yeah we do but he won't be here until after 5.
So I googled and found this store. I called ahead and was told by Riko that he is a notary and would be there. The only thing that makes this a big deal is we needed a notary for my 97 year old mother. Just leaving the house for her is stressful, never mind a car trip and a walk into a shopping center.
When we got there I stood in line and watched Riko handle every customer with speed and kindness. I told him my situation and was offered a chair and a little desk for her to sit once we got her inside. Once inside, he processed at least 5 customers in less than 5 minutes so he could get to her.
My husband and I have owned a pizza place in Plantation for 40 years and I can tell you the current work force is tough. If we had 5 Rikos we could replace 10 people! Not just for his efficiency but for his overall attitude toward his customers.
My only hope is that Riko receives the appreciation as an employee that he deserves. He truly represents your brand.”

“We wanted to share this review and highlight how great all your employees are at the Weston Branch (304 Indian Trace). Our family had a ton, and I mean four extra large totes of shredding, to have completed. Camila, who mainly helped us, was attentive and excellent in helping us understand the process and very patient with us preparing items for weighing. The others, Kata, and Gaby, were also very good spirited throughout our time in the store. We felt the desire to give this review because we thoroughly appreciated the positive atmosphere and eager assistance, and we value the obvious work ethic that these three people embodied. Everything a person needs for shipping is at your fingertips. Guidance and assistance is provided by very personable and knowledgeable employees. An absolute pleasure, and one that will leave you questioning whether you should go to FedEx, UPS, or USPS ever again.”

“Every time I go here it’s always amazing, smooth and I get in and out. Even when the line is long. I only go to return stuff from amazon so I’m not sure how other things operate amongst that but everybody is so polite no matter what time I go. For the first time in 6 years of me & my family going to this same location, I just had the most rudest employee & customer interaction ever. I go to return a Box needed/No label needed package and the automated assistant machine told me to go to the counter once I scanned the code. I said the usual thing like always “hello good afternoon, I’m just here for amazon return, here is the code.” He scanned it & immediately said with a rude tone “it need a box”. I said “I…I’m confused. It’s in a box?.” He said “the box needs to be sealed & you can’t return it in the same box it comes in.” I said “wait what since when? I always do.” He said “since always, store policy.” & I was so confused & asked how much is a box because I also have the paper packaging it came in as well & he said “4.99 for a small but we can try that box, you still need to tape it.” I said “Can I used your tape?” He said “no, you have to leave & bring it back taped.” I was so confused & astonished by what just happened & the interaction. Maybe he was having a bad day but lordy, I hope they never put him in the front again, I should’ve asked his name but I was still processing why I couldn’t use his tape & when did the policy start that you needed a box for a box. Maybe I bothered him on his 2:30 break or something I’m not sure.”
