“We wanted to share this review and highlight how great all your employees are at the Weston Branch (304 Indian Trace). Our family had a ton, and I mean four extra large totes of shredding, to have completed. Camila, who mainly helped us, was attentive and excellent in helping us understand the process and very patient with us preparing items for weighing. The others, Kata, and Gaby, were also very good spirited throughout our time in the store. We felt the desire to give this review because we thoroughly appreciated the positive atmosphere and eager assistance, and we value the obvious work ethic that these three people embodied. Thank you for having such a first-rate crew of people at this location!”

The staff was friendly and answered her questions and guided her in the right direction to return some of the other stuff that she wasn't able to rerun today. If we need to return more stuff in the future or use UPS Services, we will definitely keep this location open as our option. Yes I recommend this place to others. The parking situation is limited so please be patient.”

“The employees working at this UPS store are amazing! I have been bringing my Amazon.com returns here for years. Regardless of how busy they are, I am always greeted with respect, kindness & a smile. Jesus is always a pleasure to talk to; and the three young men who work together on Saturdays to take care of every last-minute customer before they close for the day are angels. We, unfortunately, are living through a period of our history characterized more often than not by unkindness, indifference and cruelty - which is why I commend Jesus & his fellow employees for the great job they are doing. “I did 4 stars because my husband and I went to send out a package and the person who helped us (which I forgot his name) treated me super rude! I was the one dealing with the package and the worker was treating me really horrible and talking to me as if I’m stupid, rolling his eyes, making faces. He was making it harder than what it should had been and my husband jumped in and the worker started “thank you boss, yeah boss, this boss, that boss, you got it boss” like seriously, how how horrible of a person, treating me with attitude and making feel stupid and being all nice nice to my husband. I went again recently and I’m gladly I didn’t get the same person because I was going to walk out if I did and the worker I got was very helpful. That first one would had been a 1 star but since I went again and got a different person that was more helpful and patience, that’s why I bumped it up to a 4, only because that worker was way better.”
