It has been a nightmare! They have moved our move-in date 4 times already and we really don't know what to do anymore or who to talk to.
The funny thing is that they call you 3-4 days before the scheduled move-in date to tell you the date has been changed 1 month or 2 weeks later.
Manor doesn’t appreciate their community or have any respect for new tenants, 0 stars.

I had an excellent experience at Manor Miramar! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. A special shoutout to Diana, who made my stay even better with her exceptional service. She was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Manor Miramar to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!

Had an amazing tour with George recently, and he did not disappoint what so ever. I was welcomed to the apartment like family and he showed me all the available floor plans the Manor had with no rush. Thank you so much George. Can’t wait to start my lease with Manor ??

Diana and Alexander were exceptionally helpful and very diligent to help us with the paperwork application and all the details to get us the keys and moving on a short time frame. Very nice community that is managed very well and with a friendly environment and attention to details.

I would not recommend leasing here if you are a person of color specifically African American. I had a tour scheduled and I arrived on time. When I entered the apartment lobby , the leasing agent glanced at me then looked away. I was never greeted by any of the other staff members. I had to introduce myself to the leasing agent and inform her I had a tour scheduled. She was extremely unwelcoming and had a look of disgust on her face as I was talking. After waiting for 10 minutes I was given a tour by Alexander who also had a look of disgust on his face. He was extremely unwelcoming, rude and in my opinion did everything necessary to make me feel uncomfortable and misinformed . I had to ask him questions about the property and was give brief responses. The community itself was beautiful but the staff needs to receive training on multicultural competence. I would not recommended leasing here.

I had the best experience with the entire team at Manor Miramar, the maintenance team and the office team are very responsive and attentive. I would recommend this apartment complex 100%. The complex is brand new and has a lot of amenities. There are a few shops within walking distance which makes it very convenience.
Patricia the manager is very attentive and replies quick to any inquiry you might have. The leasing team is very friendly. Maintenance response quick (which it is a bonus).
Bottom line, you will very happy if you chose Manor at Miramar for your next home.

Love living here. We’ve had a couple guest over already and everyone asks how it’s possible this place is so awesome and how i manage to even leave with all the amazing amenities ?
The gym is top notch. Better than any community gym I’ve seen. It was enough for me to cancel my membership at my regular gym.
The bowling alley just opened up and it is my son’s favorite part of the community. He is only 3 and loves it.
The office team is very attentive to detail and very efficient in communicating. They are quick in their responses, and professionalism is top notch.
Thank you to Manor Miramar team for providing the ultimate living experience!

Very bad service and customer service, I can't believe I went to try to find out the price and availability of the apartments and they denied me a coffee, don't rent in this place where the people who work think you're begging for a coffee when you're trying to pay up to $4000 per month. Maryuri Beglau had very bad attention and made it seem like we were stealing a coffee, they hide behind Rental Evolution because they say it is only for residents, so sell it there won't be any problem, I will gladly pay for it. Now they lost a client because I am going to rent in the place in front where the service and attention are much better, they started off on the wrong foot.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Manor Miramar, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Maryuri, who assisted me during the tour, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to answer all my questions, showcasing various apartment layouts that suited my needs and preferences. Her friendly demeanor and thorough explanations made the tour both informative and enjoyable.
Following the tour, Patricia was instrumental in helping me move forward with the application process. She was very efficient, guiding me through each step with clear instructions and ensuring that I had all the necessary information and documentation. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the team at Manor Miramar made a potentially daunting experience feel seamless and pleasant. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided by Maryuri and Patricia. I highly recommend Manor Miramar to anyone looking for a new home in the area!!

This is a situation where 0 stars should be a thing. Be very wary dealing with this team, diligent in your documentation of what is said and agreed upon, and you may even want to take the extra step of recording the conversations from your end. I was in the process of applying to this development. Property manager Alexander is essentially attempting to withhold a deposit obtained under false pretenses. The gist of the situation is he's attempting to charge the price of their largest 1 BR for a smaller unit. This came about through a member of his staff communicating with a family member speaking on my behalf, with the understanding reached that we were applying and accepted for the largest 1 BR unit floorplan the property has. The way they have chosen to conduct their rollout, the property only opens up a certain number of units each month. They have apparently decided to rent the specific apartment we are eyeing to another patron. That is absolutely the development's prerogative, of course, but don't have us apply and put down a nonrefundable deposit for an apartment is not currently available. Many businesses would keep the deposit, even though it was obtained through misleading information provided. Speaks poorly of their character and practices, but fair enough. That said, it is definitely unethical to attempt to attempt to keep the rental quote at the cost of the larger unit they've already chosen to rent to someone else. That's unacceptable, and frankly insulting. At the end of the day, my move is time sensitive, and I'm in not in a position to wait for Alexander and his team to work through whatever they're trying to pull. That said, if this is how they're choosing to do business this early in their rollout, it bodes poorly for the direction of property management moving forward.

Patricia & Margie as well as all staff members have been amazing. I seriously can’t thank them enough for being so helpful with the tour and the application process, I’m really excited for move-in day. This property is beautiful and it will definitely exceed anyone’s expectations!

My experience has been AMAZING!! I’ve been in contact with Patricia for about 2 months now and she has helped me tremendously! Attitude is always upbeat and positive. Patricia is super sweet and always available to answer any and all questions.. I took a tour of the property yesterday and Alex was super informative, super nice and has a great attitude. The staff is very welcoming and have made the process a pleasant one for me. Thank you guys so much!
