Walked in the store on a Saturday and offered next day delivery on a Sunday, delivered on time impeccable service. I was very satisfied. The delivery guys Usmany and Daniel were respectful and polite, thank you for making it easy for me to bring the bed and frame upstairs and in my home all while being in the heat of summer but they didn’t complain they had smiles and asked if I needed any more assistance with the bed. My salesperson is Chera Veracruz who I deal with exclusively. She is absolutely the best in design,ideas knowledge of products and has been there 24 years. I took my lady friend who just purchased a new house and needs everything.
I drove over an hour to see Chera and she spent 4 hours with friend who was thrilled with her as well
