Melinda McCalla-Clarke is very knowledgeable. When setting up my home and car insurance policies, she asked questions to make sure that the coverage met my needs and was what I was looking for. I also have a young driver on my policy and was surprised by how much money I saved. Every time I've called or visited her office, everyone has been extremely helpful. I am more than satisfied, very confident in their expertise, and will continue to refer my family and friends to Melinda's agency. I highly recommend them.

Switching to this office was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My coverage is better, the service is great, and Melinda has been incredibly responsive and professional. I just wish I found this office sooner.

My windshield broke I put in my claim the next day. And right away my claim was excepted. and got my appointment in 2 days. They explained everything well. Walked us through everything that they were doing.

if you want a real insurance company, then Allstate is the correct company for you, you know the name, it’s not a fly by night insurance company. When you have an accident the claim is taken care of as soon as humanly possible, If want a company that really takes care of it clients with good service then Allstate’s the company for you. They do everything for you and i mean everything. It’s a true saying, you get what you pay for.

This past January, I needed to change auto insurance and home owners insurance. I went to the All State office. Everyone was very nice, professional, answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. I got great rates and they continue to help when needed.

I give FIVE STARS to Melinda agency, based on my first encounter with them, I felt comfortable with their friendly and professional approach, and at this time I'm blessed not have any needs from their services, but I'm sure it would be of a high quality if I ever had to call Melinda and this brings me confidence and peace of mind.

I am a business owner! I Support all female business owners. I signed up with Melinda, and felt really confident about my coverage. I made several, more than necessary, calls concerning rates and coverage. I was informed my FL license was suspended do to no INS. I had full EVERYTHING! I physically had to prove my INS, and…. Called to inform Allstate, Melinda, I was told when called it was my fault do to the Co Name. I left Allstate, Melinda, and found better coverage at a better rate. After leaving I received a check for premium overpaid. I received a notice in the mail I owed an additional month premium. I did not respond. It’s now been reported on my credit. Litigation is coming up. They don’t have a handle on it. Go with SateFarm!!!

I've been with many agencies, but this one is by far the best. The agent is very knowledgeable. When setting up my policy, I was asked a lot questions to make sure that my policy protected me and that I was getting the best price. It's been two years and counting. I am more than satisfied and will continue to refer my family and friends to Melinda.
