I went into this location and the women behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. I ask her to help me clear my phone out. And she told me to Google it. How unprofessional this location is.

They have someone working there that can’t even speak English. It’s seriously a hopeless case and you can’t get anything done. I had to drive to another metro 20 minutes away just to get my work done. This is ridiculous. Hire people that speak English.

This is the Metro to go to if you live in the area. Other Metros will charge you additional fees since they are franchised. Ask for Leo he will hook it up with amazing deals

The people who work at this place are very polite today, with their kindness they are willing to help until the end and they are not thieves like them. Others are fair and understandable people. I highly recommend that you go get service there.
