When into this store to get the advertised product of IPhone 7 for $49.00 and switch my 3 lines to metro PCS . I was told they didn't have the phone at this time I told them okay well when will they have it in stock they proceeded to tell me that they do not know and in fact do not know if they will have it back in stock and that I should call everyday to see if we have it and perhaps call other metro Pcs stores as they do not have access to the other stores. I was a little upset that they have this advertisement yet do not have the product how can you offer something that you don't have ? I questioned it they couldn't even give me a date as to when you it will be in stock . I spoke to the manager Paul and he read the same script and in fact told me that the one on pines had some and sold them today I was a little confused as they told me they do not have access to the other stores. I told them this was false advertisement Paul the Manager told me I should watch what I say and that he didn't want my business. I couldn't believe the customer service they provided I wasn't even a customer yet I can't imagine how I would be treated if I became a customer. Thank you Paul for your bad customer service as I was able to make my decision to not deal with metro pcs since they didn't want my service.

Bought an I phone for my daughter a few months back. The phone stopped working. I bought the warranty as that is always an up sell from the salespeople. (spent $1075.25 that day) I took phone in and was told that phone was under warranty and for sure was covered. I was told 3 days. I kept going back and going back and my phone was never sent there. Spoke to several of the employees and each one had a different version. Knowing that my daughter had a field trip out of town, I wanted her to have her phone or at least one that is working. Yesterday I am told by employee that she just sits behind the desk and cannot control this. She went onto say that Metro Pcs only gives refurbished phones and because they are Metro they are always last to get the warranty phones. She ended in saying that she had no idea when the phone or if the phone would arrive. I told her that I felt I was lied to and would never come back. She called the manager of the store and still could not help me who by the way was one of the last people to help me and supposedly ordered the phone--NOT. Lost me as a customer of 5 phones and 26 office phones. The girl at the desk told me to go to apple. Hey-thanks and I did. I bought 4 phones and am using their service. Goodbye Metro POS. Not good business- feel like I have been lied to. Would give you zero stars if I could. Bottom line.....Just tell the truth- peoples lives are too busy to deal with time wasted. A perfect example is when I came in the last time and met with the manager who was supposedly helping me- he consistently stopped to answer the phone and left me at the counter unattended and waiting while he solved the issue for the person on the phone. He even walked in the back with the cordless phone to speak to the callers. I was seriously annoyed. While he was again, helping me, he would interrupt my turn to answer quick questions of people walking in. A total waste of my time and believe me, I will never come back.

Awesome store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They treat You like family and take good care of You. Will definitely go back. Got three phones from the store and referred many people.
