Chris and Juan were the best representatives at this location. Very, very knowledgeable in their craft. Any problem I encountered these two young men were able to solve. I went there a week ago and found that Chris is no longer there. I wish to purchase a new phone. Does anybody know where is Chris. Or Juan?? Now there are these two females. Alas!! Wish I.could give 5 stars but I can't because Chris & Juan are no longer there at this store.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a Galaxy Note 10+ that I brought in from At&t. It took 3 days to resolve but they resolved the nearly impossible issue! They could have easily said sorry there is nothing we can do and sent me on my way but they fixed it! Truly grateful!

I was very pleased from the time I walk in. The welcome from these 2 young men is wonderful Mr, Chris, Mr, ADP the time they tuck out to explain what I went in for was really nice and this why I only will go in to this one store.
