MinuteClinic is a great and convenient service. It was easy to make an appointment online; plus CVS is my in-network pharmacy so there were no issues getting my medication. I went for cough/ cold symptoms and the Nurse Practitioner I saw was thorough and professional. She also gave recommendations for supplements to increase my immunity. I’m happy a service like MinuteClinic is available so close to me. It’s perfect when you can’t get an appointment with your primary care physician, which is what happened to me.

I had a great experience at this MinuteClinic. I was experiencing cold & flu symptoms and booked a same-day appointment at this location. I was able to provide all my information through their website which was convenient. I arrived a bit early and was seen immediately. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very professional and helpful. They ran the necessary tests and the results came back quickly. I got the necessary prescriptions filled within the CVS itself and I was cured within days. I highly recommend this MinuteClinic, especially if your health insurance partners with CVS Caremark!

Had a check for sinus issue. Vanessa was great -she took the time to talk and ask questions and even gave me tips on using certain meds v over the counter. Made me feel valued and not just another tickmark for the day.Marie (Maria?) was great as well.

My experience with a female nurse practitioner was great. But me coming back to pick up my prescription from my labs was horrible. The pharmacy front desk person was rude and the male white nurse practitioner was rude and condescending. It’s not my fault that they are overworked and don’t have a front desk person to handle all the small inquiries when things go wrong in the system. All I need is my prescription and everyone is being completely rude and out of line. Instead of being apologetic and saying we will work things out please be patient. They are rude to me making me feel like a burden. This is so out of line and not called for. Do better and understand customer service

Same day appointment online and I didn't have to wait long. They called me 2 days later with my PCR results and since I was not feeling better they sent me antibiotics. Staff was nice and professional.

Do not goto the Minute Clinic in the Miramar CVS! The nurse practitioner and her staff member were soo rude. They were more concerned about taking a lunch break than seeing patients. When you call to make an appointment, the voicemail says they take walk ins and they let me wait over an hour to tell me they don't take walk-ins and I could call corporate to ask them to change their voice mail message. As if thats my responsibility! They were so unprofessional and not at all concerned about treating me.

I went to the Minute Clinic today and I was very satisfied with the doctor's attention and knowledge. The medicines she prescribed were ready to pick up right after I finished the consultation. I would return to this CVS location any time I need to see a doctor asap. They had appointments for the same day and no waiting time. I t was in general a great experience.

The worst customer service in MIramar. I had a covid rapid test scheduled there. I got a text message telling me to watch a video, they sent a confirmation video but never asked for confirmation. when I got there, 10 min before my time, I see the sign that says covid test drive thru. NO indication that I have to go inside. i spent 20 minutes outside, finally when I get to the drive thru, the female there tells me to go inside. No mention that I no longer have an appt. the female in charge of the clinic tells me that my appt has been cancelled by the system. I did not get a text message, or the option to confirm. They have a very pathetic system. NO option to re-schedule, no in person assistance. very bastardly system. bastardly customer service.

Worst Experience Ever! Confirmed my covid testing appointment via text. Arrived at CVS drive through on time which I was instructed to park on assigned parking and that someone would reach out to me. Called Walgreens which was then transferred to the pharmacy. Pharmacy mentioned someone would come out. Nurse comes out and only attends one of the vehicles that is parked on covid testing parking spaces and doesn't even dare ask the other customers that are waiting. I even honked to signal her that there were others waiting as well and was totally ignored. Car parked next to me also calls walgreens and is transferred to pharmacy and gets same feedback. I go to drive through again and informed the pharmacist to please send someone out that there are other customers waiting, only to be told that the pharmacy has nothing to do with minute clinic and to go inside and ask minute clinic. When I get there I see the nurse and tell her that I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the car and that there are others waiting as well. She then tells me that i replied yes via text confirming appointment but that there are other instructions that needed to be followed. Seems other patient that was parked waiting along with me also missed these other instructions. However when I tell her that there are other customers waiting she comes out and helps the car next to me but denies to get my daughter tested and told me I needed to make another appointment. The car next to me had an appointment 30 mins. later than me and even then nurse was late to come out to help them. I am completely insulted. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment and my daughter needed to get tested. I needed this test to get back to work and my daughter for school. I felt she just decided not to help. There were not many patients and she could have helped but seems she is one of those employees that just barely does. I feel bad for CVS in contracting with these clinic. I am not the only one complaining! Minute Clinic you should aim for better customer service. This happened on 9-28-2021.

Waited to be tested and took forever even with an appointment already on place. And I just realized I wasn’t the only one that haven’t had the timely appointment. Nobody in the front desk to attend

The staff is not competent. They wrote and requested my prescription incorrectly and I had to pay out of pocket. When I called my insurance for reimbursement I found out the nurse practitioner did not even check the correct dosage amount.

Dr Dane Lawrence was great . He answered all my concerns and questions . He took time make sure he covered everything. However I only did four stars because two different nurses Interrupted him for a Chair when there was many chairs out in waiting area that weren't being used . This was extremely rude to me as patient and to Dr Lawrence as well .

It’s only good if you’re results come back. If you run into a problem forget it! First clinic run by BOTS! My son and I did a COVID test on March 5th. I received his results via text link (POSITIVE). My link came via email. Completely screwed up tells me I gave incorrect information too many times there for check back 1 hour, tried one hour told me to check back 5 hours this went on all day. Woke up this morning same thing. I’ve text and called any number I can find always results in a electronic call so frustrating not sure my place is small my son is confined to his room while I figure out if I’m positive or not!
