Been here 2 years and had my car boot3d for no reason other than the people they hire to check plates obviously cant read. No one has called or said anything. I will not be signing another lease if this issue is not resolved and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

One of the worst apartment experiences ever. Went out to my car this weekend and found it booted. We have a resident decal which I specifically asked if it was fine in the back windshield with ultra dark tint. Leasing office said it was fine. Parties are also allowed 24hr use to parties can go on till 3-4 am loudly. Our building is near the pool. Bathroom drains are constantly clogged, washer went out just two months in flooding our floors so we had to clean best we can so our other things weren’t damaged, along with pulling out wet laundry to hand wash so it didn’t sit in dirty water and smelling while waiting for fix. Then there’s the constant smell of week from a neighbor.

I have been waiting patiently for nearly two months for this property to return my deposit. I’ve called several times and have received varying responses. First it was we are waiting on corporate to send the check. I waited a couple weeks and called back and was told, oh sorry, we already put it in the mail. Waited weeks and still no check for my deposit. Called today and was told by Bianca that I have to call Tammy on Monday because she couldn’t help me. I’m not a person who writes negative reviews, but this community is playing with the wrong person. I’ll literally take any and all legal action against you until my funds are returned as promised. Google, Yelp, BBB, Socials, law enforcement, etc.

Hector Rivillas of the maintenance department did an excellent job in handling my Washer situation. I am relieved that it was fixed in a timely manner and his professionalism. Thank you again Hector!

I recently moved in this community and I must say it is beautiful and quiet. Thanks to Bianca, she's a Superstar. She's very informative, professional and answered all my questions. My move-in went smoothly, thanks again to Bianca and her team. Maintenance has also been great and respectful when entering my home.
Overall I'm very happy with my new home.

My husband and I recently moved into the community and it's been absolutely wonderful. Bianca has been a dream to work with; she's answered all our questions and concerns and took the time to show us step-by-step if you're uncertain about something. Monifah was also wonderful; she handled us getting our keys and explained the valet trash, payments & services, etc. Maintenance as well has been extremely respectful and treated our new home with respect and care.
Overall, everything has been a 10/10. The property is beautiful and the location is incredible. We couldn't be happier in our new home!

The property manager Tammy is very nice, understanding, accomodating and curtious. She always tries to find ways to help and resolve any issues. She genuinely cares about people's well being. She does an excellent job.
Monifah and Bianca were very helpful and curtious as well.
The maintenance staff is excellent. Josh and Mohammed Rasheed and Joe always did their best to take care of all requests as quickly as possible and doing a quality job.

I recently had a great experience with the maintenance team at Miramar Park Apartments. They came to clean out my dryer vents and were incredibly respectful when entering my home. They worked efficiently and left everything tidy, even cleaning up any mess that traveled it into the kitchen. Tammy, the leasing office manager, was fantastic! She clearly explained the process before they began and checked in on any other concerns I had. Her care and politeness made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Joe denis is the best thing since sliced bread ! He is so pleasant, always wave hello when he sees you. Joe gives you that “go to uncle feel” . Joe is a Maintainence service man at Miramar park and he did some repairs in my apt today : pleasant, courteous, respectful . A1 service overly satisfied with my service experience
